Two things:
1) Reading the article, I can't help but wonder where the PPD suddenly got all this funding. From scaredy cats who don't even have GUNS to highly trained agents and man-sized robot drones?? Please let there be some kind of justification for this.
2) I love Blue Steel just as he is. Sure, I'd like to see him in a mission or something, but anyone who makes fun of him will have to answer to me. Actually I kind of like the fact that he quietly hangs out and watches over King's Row without ever making any headlines. He's not even subtle in a kewl Manticore kind of way - he's the real thing, a guy doing a tough job without caring about recognition.
Sign me up to take Blue Steel as my Patron when CoH Patron Pools are implemented.

Why would you want to play a level 50 in SG mode when their is no tangible reward? (It'd be better to get the influence, then turn that in for prestige)

my 50 and the other 2 50s in our Supergroup are going to be the bankrollers for the lower levels so they can play in SG mode all the time, so hey devs can you bump the 99,999 inf limit up to 999,999 inf? *ducks* -

20% increase for defense, accuracy, damage, healing & ect.
intergration of haste, health, stamina into inherant powers.
and return haste back to a toggle, without the crappy 60 second in use then drop crap... -
what i would like to see added/modified with badges...
1. progression bar for all badges
2. lower amount for monkey badge
3. count added to progression bar (like for health,endurance, and xp) -

things i would like to see in an improvement of SG
1. more titles, 5 would be good. allow to have entry level members and leader title
2. SG Vault. allows heroes to swap INF, enhancements, and inspirations between each other
3. Offline boot/invite: allows leader to invite or boot while target is not on, allows leader to invite their own alt.
4. fluid supergroup colors, and placeable logo. allow the change of color with mood of leader, maybe cost INF to do so
5. large numbers in supergroup. more the merrier
6. powerstructure options. creator is the owner, or voted leader. allows the SG when formed to either have a leader that give him total control, or a vote of support to have leader position.
7. SG taxation system. since SG will need influence to buy and maintain a hideout. deducts a % of inf when awarded.
8. SG specific missions
9. *borrowed idea* SG takes villian as SG opponent.
10. SG specific "temp"power: this power is purchased by SG at creation, and only available when SG is active. make temp power be a form of travel power -

Am I the only one who sees possible problems with the magnetism line of controllers?
There is ONE hero in all of comics that has claws similar to the claws set in CoH. Therefore there can arguably be a copyright violation there. I see the same problem with a magnetism set for conrollers. I mean... there are other options for controllers... nature control - make grass and what not entangle and ensnare your enemies. body control - specialize in posessing the bodies (but not the minds) of your enemies.... etc.
I guess I don't see a need to delve into the dangerous waters that are magneto.

the one common thing that i have seen so far, the majority of those that like the new bosses fall into one of two groups..
high level scrappers, or min/maxers.
as i developed my primary hero, i started off as a concept hero, i had a mixture of enhancements and i soloed alot, but as i started to group more often because of the difficulty of my hero to solo (pre I3). and was suggested by my team mates that i should replace all my enhancements and go strictly damage on my attacks and reduce recharge on my buffs. to be able to team up i needed to become a min max to effectively play. now with SOs and being min/maxed i can take on red or purple level LTs, but no home to even take on yellow con boss. and minions under red have become a joke.
boosting the bosses isnt the answer, if we was given more incentive to mix our enhancements instead of min/max the minions wouldnt be childs play. -

I stand corrected then. There is at least one person (presumably representative of some kind of group of people) who do enjoy street hunting. Frankly I'm a bit astonished. Nobody I have met in game has said they enjoyed this, but tastes do differ. Enjoy then. At least that is still perfectly doable solo.

i enjoy street sweeping as well as doing missions.
the street sweeping is somewhat solo friendly... except when you have to leave that red boss sitting there and not getting the bonus influence for finishing the mob.... -
as polarknight stated about giving bonus to those that group.
increase the amout of xp and influences given depending on the number of people in the group. larger the group a larger multiplier is used.
if i would normally get 100 xp for a minion, and i get 150 or 200xp if im teaming.. i would team more often. -

i love most of I3 except the boss changes.
on the test server, when you had the minions turned up, that was kinda nice. it made the missions a little harder, but not impossible. i had to be careful and mind those 3 white con minions. but now, i have to be weary of a white con boss. this boss isnt 1.5 of me, not when i can do only 100 pts of damage, then he drops me with 500+. heck the LTs can be more powerful than the 3/4 you quote but tolerable.
please review the damage and hitpoints that you adjusted for the boss.
as to having fun with grouping, its fun, but missions should be soloable without having to have a group. even AVs, should be one h*ll of a fight but a hero should be able to toe to toe with an AV(the current boss is what an AV should be).
if i choose to not group, thats my choice, im not anti-social, just being an angsty hero. but it shouldnt be necessary to do missions.
ps whens the snow hitting PC... -

has anyone noticed with I3 that endurance seems to be used up quicker?
i was playing last night andn noticed that im getting winded (no end) faster than before.. use to be able to fire several shots and heal without running out of end, and last night, it was boom boom boom weeze... -
