Mine is purely a billing situation, whereas the OP wants his old toons on his current account so he can play. I never want my toons and my son's toons to be on the same account. Thanks though.

it would be basically the same thing as merging two accounts. You're moving toons whether one or all. -

We are unable to transfer a character from one account to another - character transfers only work to move a character from one server to another, *within the same account*.

Ok I will rethink this some more and come up with something new. My Dom is not softcapped right now and doesnt have much trouble with anything. Almost all of my toons are softcapped so thats kind of the reason why I was leaning that way but I dont want to gimp myself either.
I knew I could definately reach the softcap easier with a defensive shield but like I said i wanted to get some resistance layering as well. If im not going to be softcapped, then yes you are right more damage is always better. Fire is the way to go IMO.
One more thing, I have never seen a good slotting "standard" for drain psyche. On my guy now its slotted for END, or frankenslotted dont remember. So slotting for regen is better? I guess I can see why especially since perma dom has a full blue bar every 70 secs. -
Little background of what I was shooting for.
I wanted to get permadom, soft-capped smashing/lethal and melee, wanted some good resistance as well. I could have used one of the defense APP's and gotten there much easier but they wouldnt offer me much in resistance. I would have loved to use the Fire APP for fireball but couldnt get the numbers to work.
I settled for Psi Mastery. I got permadom, soft-capped S/L and Melee (melee is capped when running stealth). Have good resistance. Things are squeezed pretty tightly lol. Question is, have i gimped my guy?

but what happens if a player already holds 3 missions in there cue. Do MA missions act as a TF or ORO flashback?
Or are we going to be able to hold more then the 3 active missions now?

So let me get this straight, this patch was done to prevent the RMT'ers, right? To me it doesnt seem like a logical activity for the RMT'ers to do considering all the crappy recipes that get dropped.
So what if the RMT'ers follow some of the guides on these forums on how to make money off the market and begin using the market to do their business? Are we going to get a "fix" to the market?
Lets be honest here and surpass the disguise of blaming things on RMT'ers. This is a band aid thrown on a much bigger problem. The pool C recipes have become the biggest problem in this game and have so far constituted some of the more recent changes. First the fast katies, now softloading, whats next?
Stop throwing bandaids at the problem and fix it all together. Reduce the amount of pool C drops and make them more easily available. You devs are officially screwing up this game or at least some of the more exciting parts of it, i.e. TF's and the Market.
I fail to see how this prevents influence farming either, start a TF and tell everyone to log off then you have multiple maps set to whatever size map you desire to go to town on. Then the team can log in and still get the recipe for the work of one. Its going to encourage more min/maxing by individuals (like thats not already done) and hurt the overall casual gamer. Wth the inception of purples please dont let anyone fool ya that some powerful characters cannot still solo these TFs. Sorry this is a lose lose situation DEVS. You're working assbackwards here. -

I don't want to talk too much out of turn, so I will just say that its obvious that the real-time display Lighthouse refers to has to be something that is viewable within the normal game display, or else it would be worthless as a real-time display showing things like combat buffs. So by definition, its totally separate from how they would alter the enhancement/respecification screens, which shows powers and slotting in a completely different view.

My assumption is that it will be a new UI window showing statistics. That is easy to turn off for people who don't want to see it, and could just pull the numbers out of the stream for display. Other numbers added to the UI would probably be tooltip/properties/info windows. This would allow reuse of existing interface resources, reducing the workload for the coders.

It could easily be put under the TAB section of the chat window. Where you can add it to a tab or not depending on your interest. -
