As noted above, the regen character benefits the most from what the team has to offer. Every shield and buff gives it's full measure of love. Solo, I find I can do just about anything with my kat regen or spines regen scrapper that I want to do. Large team Alpha's still pose a bit of threat if you don't have any shield, but I usually hope at least one of the other toons in the party can provide some support. If not, hit an inspiration and either die fast or win.

I have done and it works like a charm.
It also works versus the two lost bosses in the signature story arc too. -
The follow "F" key and a jetpack have helped cut down on much frustration on that battle for me. A good controller can make a huge difference there.

The advice above is spot on. Turn off tier three travel powers, ninja beast run, slotting acc and damage will require fewer attacks to defeat, etc.
three more things I haven't seen mentioned.
Using the right attack. AOE attacks take lot's of end. so do the high damage attacks. if you are using AOEs to attack one mob, it's inefficient. If you use Thunderstrike to defeat a mob with a sliver of health, it's inefficient. This concept was a game changer for me five years ago when someone pointed it out.
Miracle and Numina sets have procs that boost recovery as well as some set bonuses. They can be expensive, but have a noticable impact. can be bought at the market, merit rewards, or earned through tips.
Lastly, some sets are more End Hogs than others. You have two of them. My elec melee is paired with elec armor, so I get a couple powers in that set to gain end from mobs and conserve end. That being said, it was still end tight until the 30s. Shield was the same for me. Make friends with a Kinetic defender or that lonely Empathy defender out there. "You get by with a little help from your fiends." -
I agree with Rodion. If I get to keep or better yet, upgrade what I have, I don't care if others get it too.
My brain hurts with trying to figure it out. I'm going to go log in and play instead of worry about what might happen this fall. -
Very Cool. Thanks

Ukase, sorry to hear about the forced summer vacation. happend to me a couple years ago. It usually works out. Until then, I vote for you to be leader. It's good for the resume.

Had a good time this weekend. Have to try with some other toons too. Thanks for leading it.

I saw it and enjoyed it. Went in with low expectations came out happy. Didn't like parallax in the story or how it was done. So many better choices.. Durakken is mostly right when he says the movie did many things that were "Eh" and few that were "great." The rest is personal taste and ability to suspend disbelief and just enjoy.
They did bring one of my favorite panels to life in the movie. I would be happy to pay ten dollars for that two minutes of film by itself.
Not a great movie and probably better after some wine/beer. Good enough for me. -
so close. and yet, so blind. tomorrow it is.

I am thinking tonight is my night. Tuesday was my anniversary. COH on anniversary = massive aggro. feeling lucky

The event is Awesome sauce. It is a great way to make me forget the frustration from Thursday. Thanks for the gesture.
Please note: Awesome sauce is not for all dishes. Speed Manticore runs may have a small chance at being delayed. The fog in the shadow shard is rough. I get that, but still love the move. -
I have to say this, RL and ISPs, can get in the way. Last night, I was that guy that disappeared at the start of a task force. A buddy invited me to team as soon as I finished the Kahn I was on. It took forever to finish as we forgot a debuffing toon of any type. they waited. Finally finished, joined the new team and my system crashed at the train before the first mission. Comcast had system outage with no ETA. I screamed and yelled at the cable modem with only two lights on it. I texted my buddy three times to update and finally concede. I defeated Recluse, but a down ISP was beyond me.
People that drop for anything less than wife or child aggro, tech issues, are to be avoided if covnenient for you. Just don't write off people without knowing. Instead, make a note and call them on it if you see them again. Shame still has a place in a community.
For the record, I apologize for my vanishing act and woke up hating comcast still. -
I have had issues red side too. Had to level up, and once I did that. bingo. seems logging and waiting a day work also. yes I was able to get one too.
-
Yes, just later. I cast bonfire and then stand in it with my squishy friends. Rare is the melee attack that gets to me. I respeced out of bonfire for a week, then respeced back into it. it was worth it to me.
Hasten is better for all around happiness. I use ID all the time. Tactics is powerful, but I hate all the toggle that drop when I am off with my transfusion. -
Seriously. Griping about the questions they chose to answer? Come on. I think the people who are frustrated might be those that hang on every word, hint, clue posted from dozens of sources. There are others of us who don't have the time and inclination to hunt down every last glimmer of the future. This was nice to catch the rest of us up. When Going Rogue is released was a bit of an easy one, but my life didn't suffer because they answered a softball.
As far as play balance being set at 1 hero equals X minions: Their answer was exactly right, but a mystery to those asking the question. Managing the balance to a standard like that is possible, but I am guess would degrade the efforts to deliver the top goal, which is to have fun. Maybe I don't understand the passion around having a specific number of minions to equate to. Feel free to help me see the point.
Bottomline, I didn't learn a lot from the answers. Mostly that the Devs took time to be available and that the game is continuing to evolve. For the five minutes I put into reading the article, that was enough.
Thanks. -
My wife had pancreatitisten years ago. It sucked. Was in the hospital, but no where near as severe as you describe. Good news is that she came through it just fine long term. The bad news is that there just isn't much you(husband) can do to fix the problem as it is up to the docs.
Good luck. -
I am having trouble creating a new peacebringer. I have gotten three toons to 50, the last being yesterday. I have created them in the past. Is anyone else having an issue? Tried several servers and a restart. Any ideas?
