Vet Rewards that show up after 3 years are pretty much unattainable for new players. I really doubt this game will be around then. More likely, we will be on CoH2 (at least I hope so). CoH has already bucked the trend by lasting this long. New players will assume they just can't get any long-term vet rewards, and that will make them less interested in the game.

Which villain group do you like the best? Maybe it's the cool costumes, maybe it's just that you get to beat up faux-nazis. Let us know!

For me, I like the Clockwork. Steampunk robots are just cool.

There are parts of CO that are MUCH better than CoH, and there are parts of CoH that are MUCH better than CO. But saying anything like this just gets the fanatics riled up.

I thought it was just me. While I like how the quests work in Praetoria, moving forward without weird gaps, I don't really care for the setting. I think the core zones need a revamp a lot more than more Praetoria stuff needs done.

I think a mail set would be great.

Also, costume sets that can only be acquired if you've played the game for two years don't count. In fact, that whole idea is stupid. It just makes new players angry.

Anime Robot. More heads, armor, etc. Maybe even some anime weapons.

As part of one of the upcoming issues, how about going through the existing quests? Maybe get rid of the quests that have you run to King's Row to get a mission to run to Hollow's End? I think it would make the game more enjoyable if some of the "map hopping for no reason" quests got fixed.

So, was the coder who made this launcher right out of college, and this is his first real program? It sure acts like it.

I would like Rikti Invasion to go away forever. Horrible, horrible event.

NCSOft server is down, but City of Heroes is up. I have to access it using the old updater.

I personally like a red/black combo, and Quatrain uses it. But I also only play heroes.

I have to say, I didn't really like Praetoria. I just did it so I could have a brute character for my hero, since brutes are my favorite archetype. If the next issues are going to be all about Praetoria, I won't need them.

I looked all over the creation thing, but I can't find where the animal hands are, especially for cats. Any help would be appreciated.

I will agree that if a game is incomplete at launch, it is very likely doomed. There will be so much bad press about it that only a major expansion can save the game. Without a decent start, a game can trundle on in obscurity, but never really regain it's initial population. CoH, Vanguard, CO, and many other MMOs confirm this.

To put it bluntly, if your game isn't at least close in content to what other MMOs that have been around for years is now, you are screwed.

I went looking last week, and Scott Pilgrim is not in any theaters anymore. It got yanked really fast. At least we'll get it on DVD pretty quick.

We just need Mark Millar to write the ultimate manga that redefines the entire genre, and everything will be ok.

I think the main reason this movie bombed was the trailer was incredibly bad. After watching the trailer, I just wasn't interested in seeing the movie. It gave no reason for me to care about the movie.

I'm currently reading "Busted Flush", part of the Wild Cards series. I highly recommend it.

I loved the first movie, and I think it is much better than the comic book. I hope they do a sequel, and it also is really good.

My character is a hero. Brute is just the AT name, and means nothing as far as she is concerned.

While I'm happy more people are playing, it would be nice if the servers could actually handle the load. I get lag everywhere now, and lose connection to mapserver multiple times per day. It's getting frustrating.
