There's also the Samurai (vet reward) and Warrior and Terra (both from the Martial Arts booster), which, while not technically medieval, have several pieces that can be used to add customization to the existing parts.
If they wanted to add new medieval style pieces, I won't complain at all. My main, after all, is Broadsword/Shield, and would love a chainmail shirt. But there are many options already in the game.

I admit, I would love some actual authentic looking plate mail, not the blocky nightmare we have in the form of the in-game set. Especially the helmets.

What the team should do (if the in-game pieces are constructed right) is allow us access to the armor sets used in the Midnighter Club
Looking around for some examples of armor/helmet's I'd like to see in the game I found the Armor Venue website. It has tons of examples of armor, helms etc.
FYI, I am in no way affiliated with the site so no, I'm not trying to sell anything.

I made the same suggestion in the new costume sticky in the dev forum.
Yeah the Valkyrie set is a good step, but we could use new free one to replace the medieval costume set. That looks REALLY trashy and cheep.
maybe they can give us a set that's like, legitimately "Armor" instead of that skin-tight crap we have now. Like, chest detail, shoulders, gauntlets, boots, tassets. Maybe they can give us some Chain or Scale mail to put under it too. X3
I'm thinking because this is a Super Hero MMO and not a medievil MMO you wouldn't expect suits of armour running around fighting crime, and when you would see that you would get something like the roman armour, the valkarie armour, the warrior or anime armour.
Oh and we also have medievil helms and some body pieces would go nicely with that to make a nicely medievil look if you really want a suit of armour.
With a charcter customiser like we have we don't need any more suit of armour sets than we have IMHO
More options is always good.
By the way, one of the Top Cow City of Heroes comics had a medieval knight superhero, speaking in faux olde englishe and everything.

Besides, It never hurts to have more options, that's what this game is all about afterall; letting your creativity run rampant to create WHATEVER you want. ^_^

I would love to see a booster pack series dedicated to Medieval armors, period dresses, etc. etc. They could call it: Heroes of the Old World: [Insert related location here, I.E. Sun and Sands for North African and Middle Eastern themed pieces]

I would personally like to see at least one more suit of specifically medieval armour. Not Greek, not Roman, not Fantasy, not Asian - Medieval European armour. We have one set that's pretty good - Medieval - but it's showing its age. Low-poly surfaces, low-res textures, crappy shaders, no shininess effects and so on.
I'd especially like to see new designs added to the Medieval Helmets category. What we have in it now is exactly what we had in it back in May of 2004, with the possible exception of a secondary detail or two. But we've never gotten any extra helmets for that, and I'd really like to see a few more. The bucket helms and round helms and cross helms are nice, but I'm sure we could see at least a few more like them.

I for one have a knight theme I would like to make but I dont want an arrow between my legs. so the armor we got is out.
