I remember reading in the old forums a while back that Country Flags are not allowable due to some law or some such (esp in America).
I have no idea who/when this was stipulated as it was back when I first started playing.
But even if that wasnt an issue they cant release a "CountryA" pack unless they also plan to release at the same time "CountryB-Z" packs.
You said you want more "american flavour" - well I cant change my "distance to target" from the antiquated Miles to the logical Kilometres.
The game is SET in America and uses Amercian spellings.
Statesman wears as close to the American flag as you can get (without breaching whatever that legal reason was) - even his NAME referes to the United States.
Im not having a go at America or that the game is set in America but ppl saying there is not enough American content may want to take a step back and have another look. -

It was weird but my mate also said he doesnt like LBE and almost said the exact same works (sent a shiver up my spine lol).
I did some additional tweaking and included some of your options and it looks a bit better rounded now.
I will add though that I didnt include the Hami-O's due to their cost (at least with the IO Sets A.Mertis can be used - with the HO's you cant so you HAVE to rely on the Market having stock).
With the changes:
S/L Def - 46.1% with 1 foe in range of Invincible
F/C Def - 33.6% - just needs 1 small purple Insp to reach soft-cap
E/NE Def - 32.3% - just needs 1 small purple Insp to reach soft-cap
Also putting the Steadfast Unique in Temp Invul gives a higher Resistance bonus compared to RPD. In your build it takes the S/L Resistance from 68.3% - 69.5%.

Ive never done a MA build before and promised a mate Id help him with his Scrapper's build.

The build is not that cheap but with A/Merits is doable.

with Plant away some of us unlocked the High Pain Threshold Accolade (+10% MaxHP).
The following toons got the Accolade Unlocked:

Barbie's Nightmare
Miss Arranged -
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder they say (or all 13 eyes).
Tech Sleek is lame IMHO (read above) - especially as a wait xx months Vet reward.
Over/Van/guard - well they are not really POWER ARMOR in the sense of the word.
And Medieval - yes more options - especially the Medieval skin that adds a large arrow just below the stomach pointing down...
Im sure there are a LOT of styles out there that people will want but to keep the amount of work (and cost to buy) reasonable there may need to be a Heavy Armor Booster and a Power Armor Booster, or Heavy/Power Armor Booster I and Heavy/Power Armor Booster II? -
So with the Steampunk Booster well and truely on its way is it now time for an Armor/Power Armor Booster?
Im talking about sets that look like (but are different enough to not enfringe upon copyright laws):
- Starcraft, Warhammer type Heavy Armor (Frakin' Huge)
- Anime Armor (slim-line)
- Medieval Armor (Chain Mail, Studded Leather, Banded Mail, Ceremonial Full Plate, etc)
- Force Fields (sphere's, body-contour outlines, cubes, rectangular prisms, etc)
- Helms, peripheral pieces, etc
This covers Tech, Science, Natural.
Id prob suggest that additional Organic Armor costumes be part of the "One With The Earth" Booster (which could cover Mutant, Magic, Natural)

Ive never seen a Name Purge before (almost on my 35-36 month badge) but does it also delete the actual character or just the name?
It wouldnt be so bad if only the name is wiped but the character is left as is.
If someone then did log back in who hadnt for 3+ years then all their toons, IO's, INF, etc would still be there but the characters would have no names.
When they login with that character they need to go through the naming process again.
While some people will be upset (no matter WHAT happens in-game someone is upset over it) it should be an even smaller minority. -

Hi all,
last night Plantatia and I ran the Virgil Tarikoss SF from Cap (level 15-20).
Took us 1hr 19 so no speed records but it was the first time in a long time for many of us.
The forming of the team took approx 50mins which is a long period of time. Hopefully future S/TF formations wont take as long.

Hi all,
tonight we put a big dent in the Freedom Phalanx Accolade (+10% Max HP) getting all the kill badges (100 Freakshow Bosses, 100 Fake Nemesis, 100 Clockwork Gears [that spawn from a prince defeat]).
The Clockworks took the longest - we tried 2 zones before doing a Clockwork heavy flashback.
The Exploration and History badges were not done due to the time (but they can be easily gotten solo).

I am seeing a LOT of posts in different parts of the forums about peoples desire to see:
A) 1 Incarnate drop type (Shards or Threads not both)
B) Allow better conversion rates
C) Allow NOTW/FOTW to be converted into Rare/Very Rare Thread Components (N/FOTW mean nothing to most after unlocking a T3/4 Alpha or 2 [the current N/FOTW conversion rate is pathetic]).
D) Guess work/theories/etc about what the future will need
E) Ridiculous cost to buy Rare/Very Rare Thread Components (100Mil/400Mil)
What I would like is a RedName to make an official statement to put an end to these such as:
- Shards will have a future use for ?? - we will keep the Shards/Threads seperate because ??
- We will not allow better conversion rates because?? (we need an extra INF sink for those few that have too much INF? Well the rest and majority of us thank you)
- etc
These issues are more than just "I wish they would give us more Powerset Proliferation". These issues have a LOT of posts and the community is passionately talking about it. -
Long time since the last update and for that I appologise.
Last night we ran the Renault TF (WST).
We failed on the first mission twice in a row (shame) as we allowed Barracuda to die (we were running it at +3).
After that we were able to complete the TF and get the WST rewards (my Rad/Rad Corr got 3 levels out of it - WOOOHOOOO).
Thanks to all who attended and Randomice for forming and running the TF. -

last night the X8 crew ran the first two Respecs but we ran out of time (well I did anyway) for the third.
No time records were broken but even a speedy Reactorespec seems to be an oxymoron. -

Back before Inherent Fitness I completed all 3 respecs on my SD/Axe Tank (level 44) with no IO sets solo (friends help me to fluff the team so I could start it).
The final area spawn waiting time is attrocious.
Id rather the spawns occur every 2 mins (example) even if you havnt killed the previous spawn otherwise its like a really bad martial arts movie (1 man surrounded by 7 enemies taking them on at the same time [when really its each of the 7 guys attacking in turn ONLY after the other has been dispatched]).
So if your team is too slow they can get overwhelmed
And yes an EB or AV (depending on number of team members) at the end would be a good way to finish.

It seems the key to a smooth BAF is to limit it to 16 players (two teams), and no pets.
That simply illustrates a potential problem that the devs need to fix.
Creating a Trial that can officially support 24 people for any AT (and any number of the same AT) but then having to limit that number and not allow an AT is just not good enough.
Last night we attempted 3 Lambda's.
First attempt the League Leader was dropped from the team without getting the option to ENTER (everyone else got it but he didnt). He didnt crash he just got dropped.
Second attempt we all got in and after the 4th mob we ALL got map served.
Third attempt was fine - lag wasnt an issue (we had 1 MM and no Lore pets as far as I can remember) but we failed as Maurader left the "fortress" after chasing down a toon (team member had agro and jumped back to avoid the hit but got hit and the AV then chased him down outside the fortress).
Im sure the devs are working VERY hard to fix these issues and I wish them the best in getting it done asap. -

Maybe im missing something obvious but the fact that when doing a search it doesnt use the actual term you enter.
For example I searched for MA/ELEC and all threads with MA or ELEC are results. This includes words like match which is NOT what I searched for.
There should be a way for the exact term I enter to be searched (and yes I have tried double quotes "xxxxx"). -
