Looks like texWorldCZ.pigg is on a corrupted part of the disk.
Run a diskcheck program and let it fix (mark as 'do not use') corrupted parts of the disk.
Then, delete texWorldCZ.pigg from your pigg subdirectory.
Then run the updater and all should be fine. -
He was on a ledge when that happened to me. Must have searched 30 minutes trying to find him.
What helps is to turn off all personal stealth and move slowly around the areas he could be. That allows him to see and attack you.
OR... abandon and reset the mission and be careful you don't lead him over an edge next time. -

Time cards can be purchased online.
An alternative to Credit Cards are Visa Debit or Gift Cards. You buy them or put money onto them in a bank and then use that online. If the number is stolen, it doesn't matter much, there's a limited amount of money 'on' the card.

Defuse (de-fuse...get it?) would be the term of art for shutting off a bomb's fuse before it explodes. -

I just checked in Founders and Kings Row in places where they usually build up due to poor pathing, and there are none to be found, except for the static civilian spawns.

There is only one Rare Recipe database now, and it's weighted for the 'good stuff' and it's the roll table for all random rolls: Tickets, Merits, Alignment Merits, and drops.

Because by now, lots of people have had gotten a few Alignment Merits and used them to get the Rare Recipe they want, or rolled for Rare Recipes which drives the price down.
But it's unlikely anyone has gotten the 20 Merits needed to start buying Purple Recipes and drive those prices down.
And as mentioned above, when lots of people are starting new alts in Praetoria, level 50 gaming, which produces Purples, goes down.
Production goes down, costs go up.
As the costs of Purples go up, people will start farming for Purples again, since it's worthwhile to do so, OR, they'll save their AMs to buy Purples, since it will be worthwhile to do so. Both will drive the Purple Prices back down. -

But it was bugged in that it was actually made 50% (21.48 mph). This is the first time I heard of Blasters having the corrected speed.

In Beta, I suggested:
Saved NPCs appear in zones. Let's say you save Amazing Klondo the Juggler from the Carnies. Next time you're running around Atlas, you see him in the zone juggling on a corner. -

- HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.

Your graphics chip is the most bare bones chip that can run CoH. It may or may not be able to run the game depending on your drivers and the rest of your computer. The rest of your computer seems beefy enough, so, there's a good chance you can run CoH at low settings.
First, you definitely need to update the drivers for your Intel Graphics chip. See this thread for the Intel links:
Notice: just because your Computer Says your Drivers are up to date: they probably are not

It removes the registry entries for the Live Client as well as the Test and Beta clients. (Which can be fixed by pretending to reinstall the Live client, backing out of the complete install, and, now that the registry entries have been reset, running the updater.)
Just delete the Beta directory and the shortcut icons.
If you have a 'registry cleaning' program that finds and deletes orphaned registry itesm, run that afterwards.
