Problem is that reworking a set is almost as much work as just coming up with a brand new one.

Because the Firefly and Snow Auras were not intended for Issue 18. They will be available as part of Issue 19.

When parts of the database show up where they should not be showing up, it can cause much bigger problems (like a character's DB becoming corrupted and unavailable).

Also, the auras were missing for the female model and the snow aura looked bad. It was unfinished work.

And, as the Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning previews have shown, that when something gets released early, people stop counting it as belonging to the Release it belongs to. You don't know the number of times people claimed GR was too light in content and those same people almost always forgot to include Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning as being part of GR.

Wrong. I created a brand new character and went directly to her and she appeared for me though no one else was around.

'Can' was more of a quibble word since in some cases your choice in the arc doesn't remove them.

A more detailed guide would list which actions definitely 'will' remove them.

I *think* some intangibility powers are flagged so that "strength" equals magnitude and/or duration. Black Hole's "strength" is both.

But besides Intangibility and KB, all other mezzes' "strength" is flagged as duration.

Got em confused:

Non-stacking 'Freespecs':

1. They are given to players by the Developers as celebratory gifts (e.g., to celebrate a game anniversary) or as corrective gifts because game mechanics have changed and players might need to respecify their characters to adjust to the changes;
2. Starting in Issue 11, inventing them from Respec Recipes; and,
3. Starting in the Winter Event of 2009, inventing them from a Recipe from the Candy Keeper paid for with 500 Candy Canes and 250,000 inf. Thus, they can only be purchased during the Winter Event.

Stacking 'Earned' Respecs:

1. Successfully complete a Respec Trial (the Terra Volta Trial for heroes, or the Thorn Tree Trial for villains) or the first Patron Arc for villains;
2. Veteran Rewards; and,
3. Purchased with Real Money

They're all not in range of the cone attack nor the Darkest Night.

Torrent knocks down the lieutenants and even the bosses -- who have control attacks... you don't want to get Held. This gives you a free hit as they're knocked down, which I use to throw Darkest Night on them. If I start with Darkest Night, I have 15 toons shooting at me, and maybe a few will get a lucky hit.

Then I run away. The Darkest Night is an AoE anchor and will agro all the toons that the anchor runs past. This pulls them into a tight bunch onto a Tar Patch which now gives me a 30% Damage bonus. The Darkest Night is now affecting all of them in that tight bunch and now all my cone attacks will hit them all.
