Nope... Unstoppable ups your recovery, but that's all, still get drained just as badly.
-
Also Pro - By the time animation has finished, suppression has turned itself off and you can run away at great speed.
-
Personally I'd say it in local, since only people nearby need to know, really.
-
25% attack rate buff and debuff, 3 stackable but most of the time you'll run with 2, Permahasten not possible.

OK, come up with names to replace the placeholders I'd been using.

First EA, now Elec... you're a glutton for punishment mate!

Hasten would be useful earlier, I'd take it at 22 and delay stamina til 35, you won't need it until you take FA anyway.
Resilience doesn't deserve slots, it's mostly useful for PvP as Integration sees to owt else, except extreme cases of stacked stuns, such as herding two large groups of Malta.
Tough would be a better choice than SS and Resilience, I'd say, as it'll be useful against those big-hitter AV's in the late and end game. -

By the way, how many members to the Cads and Chaps have?

Enough, but not too many, of course! -
Good luck with this, tis a good idea. TANC have been doing this for quite a while now, and expanded it to a night for a villain team, too. It's corking fun!

No room! When we get a bigger plot there'll be meeting tables abound, I assure you.

And a moustache waxing room, with plenty of mirrors to practice the twril in

Mr Wuffles' Lab used to double as our moustache-twirling zone, until we had to get rid of it to fit teleporter room. I'll get my lab back, one day. -
Nice post
My Brute is werry werry squishy, and sometimes feel like I really shouldn't be in the zone against people with proper PvP At's/Builds - I banged skulls with a /storm controller inWarburg one time, who dropped snow storm on me - suddenly I was slowed and unable to hit owt, so I took my personal favourite option, and ran away - I was in energy cloak with SS on, so quite safe from surrounding mobs, but got told I shouldn't have run past the Hercules titans, because the snow storm had aggroed them onto the controller. Teehee. -
We'd be well 'ard if we had mez protects, kinda glad we don't!

Fair dinkum But with Fire Sword Circle + Combustion + Incinerate, Scorch and Greater Fire Sword going I'd have trouble fitting in any more attacks, as there's always something waiting to be fired off...

Rather meant schedule one after a Hami raid, but not in the Hive - that way you've already got 50+ characters online, it's just a matter of dragging them to Atlas or Pocket D after.
-
I take assault, since I don't have to do anything and my thugs are suddenly killing things 10% faster (or something like that). Tactics and maneuvers probably aren't for me.
-
I'd thoroughly recommend Aid self and tough to help out against stuff with +acc (shards stuff, nems, DE and the like) and weave just stacks with your normal stuff, which is ace. Go for it.
-
I don't do much with my MM, other than when I'm summoning/upgrading. Stamina doesn't help me there (something like marmalade power would be way more useful), as it only ups recovery, which only helps after I've upgraded. I've got more than enough slots going spare to chuck a few end reductions about, so to me that's way more acceptable than forking out on two powers that won't make any difference to me for one that'll make a smidgin of difference. That's just me, though.

If i asked any tank if they could have 95% defense to all or 90% resistance to all which would it be i would be gobsmacked to hear "defense please" as defense doesnt come with the guarantees, defense doesnt save you from that one hitter that resistance might that would by time for a team member to put your health back
[/ QUOTE ]
Then again, if you can cap s/l res easily, any def piled on top of that is just going to get exponentially better and better, survival-wise. I'd rather ensure I'm still standing than have to apologise to the team for falling over, even if it does get me the last tough badge. -
Two outta three ain't bad

Aid Self & Weave, for sure, wouldn't pick weave over aid self
Eek, soz Dr Rock, looking at it without unstoppable now, 1885 DPS without weave, 3258 with. Hefty Aid Self I only really need to use much when there's a lot of elemental/energetic stuff flying about, but Weave should help a bit with that, as any dual-component attack (and there's a lot of them) would count the defence from weave in its ToHit roll?
Edit: The DPS is only the default settings, for comparing one build to another I have the same mob size and makeup and battle duration and so forth, by not changing anything... -
Heh, should think so, with stamina and armours two-slotted for end reduction, and one in all attacks (which I've been doing since day 1) - I can't see it being a problem over what I've got going at the moment
