  1. Fail, the title should have been

    Warning! Nuclear Launch Detected.

The event however, sounds thoroughly awesome! As terrible at PvP as I am, I might just show up. If only for the giggles

-Emperor Cole statue right in front of his tower.

-Maiden Justice Memorial Hospital with statue. Note the whip at her side.

-(2:58) There's the new enemy group teased at Hero Con. Warriors meet the Outcasts with a little punk thrown in?

-Begin the wait for part 2.

    .
That's not Maiden Justice, that's Dominatrix.

  4. Dark is easier, Thermal is probably more powerful.

  6. Mmmmm, Necro/Cold is my dream. All the Lich's debuffyness with the cold shields and debuffs. Would be killer in PvP too.

  8. Acid Mortar does stack it's debuff from multiple casters. Since each acid mortar is considered it's own caster, a single MM benefits from the debuff multiple times.

The Achilles' Heel proc, however, does NOT stack under any circumstance. It actually applies a temp power to the target, and it will be overwritten by any other application of the proc, regardless of the source.
  9. And the daily mapserve appears to be happening.

They work fine on the Phantasm.

The decoys, of course, have little use for resistance shields
  11. Traps is a blast, but you have to play aggresively. Don't wait for foes to walk past your minefields, run in and drop mortars, bombs, and gas traps at their feet. Use bodyguard or seekers to mitigate the alpha.

As for cost, even cheap builds can double stack acid mortar. I'm posting from my phone, so not sure how much +recharge is required to triple stack, but it should be around 50% + hasten. Oh, and don't forget to slot the mortar with an Achilles' heel proc.
  12. Traps. With a good amount of recharge you can stack your acid mortar several times. Plus, you have trip mine and lots of -regen.

Edit: Storm could be good too. Dunno which is better.

    This.
  16. I've never really noticed it do much of anything, but I don't really monitor it either.
  17. You shouldn't be getting mezzed while under EM's effects. Are you certain it isn't dropping off momentarily? It's a short duration power, and not always easy to remember to reapply every 90s or so.

Other than that, I'm not sure what could be happening.

level 20 DO strength, Dam/Rech enhancers with a proc chance. Non-tradable, and only available on new characters. Neat, but not gamebreaking.

  20. 334 seems a little low compared to some of the numbers I've seen thrown around the Scrapper forum.

A pug is a random collection of strangers who are teaming for the express purpose of doing content. No one cares who the other people are, and if a random stranger asks if you've got room, how are they any different from the people you are already teamed with?
  23. Pugs aren't private spaces.

It almost looks like it could be some sort of silver band running behind her head, perhaps some sort of psionic doodad, something like what the Seers wear.
To me it looks like a stylized laurel wreath, it could be a symbol of her status as a Praetor.
