  1. I hope our French & German co-heroes continue to stay with us in Paragon City & I look forward to teaming with them.

Come, drive in NJ and you'll see where everything I did is considered legal

Good thing you didn't call the cops. OP, you're a ******* moron.
That's not against the law that is the law.

  4. SomeEcards: The most brilliant site; ever.
  5. But a percentage lottery goes to benefit charity; so they'll never stop it. Even if other people nuke their lives with the winnings
  6. As a player, though, I don't imagine it'd be quite survivable. The whole point of Mastermind pets are to have others do the fighting for you and to buff them. Without buffs or some sort of heals your pets will die quickly.

Then you'll just be a Brute/Tank with no defense.

    You'll be dead.

    Often.
  7. Have you tried making this sort of AT in MA? And fought against it?

I learned my lesson with giving Custom MA enemies Melee attacks (Axe, Broadsword, etc.) with Ranged Psychic powers.
  8. According to CNN it might swell up to $640 million tonight.

Are we playing the I.nternet I.ntelligence G.ame now? I love that game.

That's how you play the game and this isn't City of Heroes: SlickRiptide's Version or City Of Heroes: But Not You, You're Crap, Inferior, Nothingness Hero Version.

Unless you're blind or illiterate or unable to grasp story concepts, the whole Incarnate System has been building up to us surpassing Statesman/Recluse/Etc. in terms of power and capability. To really drive that point home, our "guiding light" or "symbol" of being a hero needed to die. Why? So we, the players, in game, can begin stepping up to the challenge of filling that void.

Will there ever be one PC who is the ultimate? No. We all will be in our phase tech version of the game we play.

It's not about feeling slighted - I certainly don't. Please, let Statesman be the one with Nukes and Hamidons aimed at him and let Lord Recluse be the brains behind the operations and I'll gladly sop up whatever rewards I can - but if the world's greatest Hero/Villain should fall and that spots need to be filled, I'd be more than happy to take the opportunity to fill those spaces.
  10. Change means progress. If City of Heroes wants to grow then things need to change.

    People need to die.

Change equals Death equals Growth equals Something New, etc. etc. etc.

This game wouldn't go anywhere if Statesman never died, leaving a power vacuum. There would be no point tous as heroes in City of Heroes, and I'd like to believe that the writers and the Devs recognize that and that is why this SSA involved the death of not one, but two major figures.

I would like to see Statesman and Sister Psyche's ghosts chilling with War Witch in Croatoa.

Annuity FTW! I always take annuity.

And everyone argues with me that I'm dumb and should take the cash option.
  13. Errr, how would I enhance my CoH experience?

Buy 5 years of VIP time for EVERYONE.
  14. Welcome to your new Premium Status
  15. I'd pay off the student loans for all my Facebook friends and ultimately dedicate the rest of my days to charity work, Peace Corps, and shopping local businesses.

  17. I'd like to see more alternate animations. I tend to use the "alternate" animations on the powersets that offer them.
  18. Have you tried any of the Dual Inspirations yet?

And boy have I been through it a lot. I've done newAtlas once or twice, and now I'd rather street sweep than do it again.

    And I hate street sweeping.
Atlas was the one reason I rarely played Blooside - I still resist blooside.

    I love redside.

    Counter question:

Let's say, hypothetically, we introduced a new AT, but because of the amount of time and cost it would take to develop it, we had no choice but to offer it in the Paragon Market (a possible scenario).

Based on our established precedents, what do you feel would be a fair price, in Paragon Points?

    I'm interested in your responses.
    799 Paragon Points

Why? $10 for a new AT - hopefully along the same lines of an EAT but power choices that don't have to be ported over from other builds (unless it's an EAT that allows you to cherry pick Primaries and Secondaries from any AT.)
  22. That "stupid dog pet" was released with the Super Packs after, as I recall, people pissed and moaned that it could only be obtained by buying Super Packs, and here you are pissing and moaning that it can be had for free - by chance - from buying a Super Pack?

I raise your Piss and Moan by one Cat Vomit
  23. Plant Control, overall, is fine. Spore Burst is one of those powers I took once and never again. Why? What's the good of an AOE sleep when I have at least 3 to 4 powers that have an AOE damage?
