Unlocking Kheldians: This can only be done by getting a HERO to level 50. Getting a Villain to level 50 DOES NOT unlock Kheldians.
(here's hoping this will cut down on how frequently this question is asked, though I doubt it. *pokes the Devs to fix the text*) -
My experiences with the old phase shift pool power showed me that any attacks queued against my toon before phase shift fully activated would still hit me. There were many a time that I was knocked out of fully activated phase by a mez.
That, the long animation time, and the 30 second thing made me drop phase shift like a bad habit. -

This is the most likely answer.
You lose your phase after 30 seconds. If it was after that point, then there is nothing wrong with the power, well at least nothing that isn't "working as intended" -

I had a -3 Consigliere toss a generator at my PB last night. I had waaaaaaay too much fun using my Nova form to knock it around. I was quite sad when it clipped through part of a dock and disappeared.
Between that, other battle debris, the laundry on the clotheslines, and the hanging signs... I'm enjoying the new physics stuff quite a bit. -

Frisky, fun, slightly adult-slanted RP-lite group. There are several different offshoot groups from the original in both CoV and CoH. You can play all the time or infrequently, but will be kicked from the main group if you do not log in within 30 days.
Levels range from 1-50.

Ninjas freak out over any DoT...I've seen mine do some very stupid things around Tsoo caltrops...it doesn't help that they have no concept of "go AROUND the bad ouchy things, not through them."
When the Nullifiers start using the drop AoE resistance debuffs...man do those attacks start hurting >_<
I hate the end drain...I hate that Wardens so rarely spawn just one to a group and that they use powers that only AVs used in CoH (i.e. Lingering Radiation). They are always good mixes of CoH powersets/ATs too.
But, in all honesty, now that I have either Acrobatics or Hover on most of my characters, the Knockback isn't that bad. Sucks that I had to put off a good power on my ice/dark to get Acrobatics because I was just so sick and tired of the KB.
The Acc and Perception debuffs of the Ghost Widows are horrible though...and you can't hold the fracking things.At least you can hold Spec Ops and Nullifiers. I have had them literally make whole mobs disappear, even with a teammate running Tactics. Two Smoke Nades and I can't hit a darn thing, even though everything is two-slotted with Acc SOs and the teammate with Tactics.
Freaked me out the first time everything disappeared...had it happen fighting the Wyvern Elite Boss in the respec trial. I think he used Flash Arrow on our team or something...evil. -

You misunderstood.
You do not ever get your level bumped UP for TFs/SFs.
You get RSKed (auto-exemplared) if you are above the max level. Anyone 21+ will get knocked down to level 20 for the duration of the TF/SF.
Mobs in TFs/SFs are set to the max level of the TF/SF. Meaning if you are set to the lowest difficulty level in a TF/SF that maxes at 20, you will be fighting level 20-21 mobs.

I've tried building both a TA/A and a A/Dev...but I just delete them every time. I hate the feel. I hate the end burn. And even at the low levels, that lovely Acc boost doesn't help that much...they would still whiff extremely frequently.
Yes, /Dev does help BECAUSE of TD, but TD helps any set do more damage (though the loss of BU does hurt to a point)since it allows all primaries to slot 6 damage. Any other /Dev build will still have higher DPE.
Everyone I play with in my community have tried TA and Archery, and have been deleting every toon they make with these sets because of the complaints here: the Endurance usage is WAY too high for the very weak damage and slow activation times (or, as TA goes, is just not even worth it to play). A guy who has a 33 Claw/SR scrapper thinks TA is gimp...that should tell you something. -
How about you chill out and just wait?
They have a lot of issues they're trying to work out (looping sound crash...kind of a LOT more important than the Sally fix).
If you can't chill and wait a few days, then you have a serious problem... -

Because you're in the wrong channel for monster sightings...try Freedom Monster and you should have some better luck.
Also, vidiotmaps does not have all the Jurrasik spawn points...I know of one clear in the back where I've seen him spawn about 3 times in the last few months. -
Great that I5 went out nicely...too bad that only the release itself was stable and smooth...the game itself has become infinitely more unstable (sound loop crash, buggy new mission types, and extreme lag/frequent LCtMS). I honestly thought I4 was a lot smoother and less bug-ridden.
How I5 affected me?
One of my friends left. (one less person is a big thing in our community)
One of my friends deleted a toon that now had a pretty much entirely worthless secondary (FF)
My blaster is just as sickeningly deadly as before...and just as easily killable. PhaseShift went bye-bye since its fun factor was gone. Defiance? What's that? I'm either green or dead.
My earth controller solos a lot more slowly than before (EF nerf and limited number of very slow and stupid pets) but just as safely and easily. She still has complete lockdown in some form or another. She did require a lot of reslotting though.
My empath...well, she still can't do anything solo and this supposed upcoming inherent only helps her on teams.
My lowbie invul went bye bye....never really liked her anyways, I5 just cemented it.
My MA/regenner never tasted the sweet nectar that was IH...so she's still around for the time being.
Archery is a cool concept...the end usage is stupidly high though. Haven't really tried/seen higher level Trick Arrow yet...and only a few of the regular Archery attacks.
Sonic attacks are quite cool, big thumbs up.
Sonic buffs...please keep them away from me until they get fixed...evil headache causing annoyances.
Croatoa...haven't really seen too much (my only toon in range is my un-soloable empath).
TF is great, but anti-climactic. The mission with Mary Macomber is great...my heart was pounding and it was tons of fun. The rest of the TF was almost too quick. If Mary wasn't so buggy right now, I'd say that should be moved to the end, just because it is such a great battle. Can't wait to get one of my lowbie toons up to range.
The 'monster battle' spawn is quite excellent and I have heard about Eochi popping up and scaring people in other parts of the map...very cool.
Sally...extreme thumbs down. Stupidly rare. Another monster to be jealously guarded (ala Kraken) because of how fast she goes down. There's a lot wrong with her right now.
Having just rolled a PB...I will agree with whoever posted that human form end costs need to be looked at. That and recharge times forced me into Nova when I had hoped to just build a human-dwarf rather than tri-form (to be at least a little different). Hell, the end costs on a lot of powers across the board need to be looked at....
I5 is very much a wash...some improvements, some negatives. I still feel it was too rushed....considering how buggy it was at release and that many of the bugs are carry-overs from Test.
Dev response threads...could have really benefitted from Dev responses, if only for Cuppa's sanity. Treating us like adults and being up-front and honest about things would have been even better. -
cartophilis....it's a terrible idea, just drop it already. Seriously. Please Devs, don't ever even consider it. The one person who has a problem with high levels hunting in low level zones is this guy. I'd love to see you try and figure out how to code that one too cartophilis... (P.S. it's called exemplar...not exemplify)
For the datamining...it stinks for those that did the TFs...but I never figured they would which is why I never did those TFs (too much time for too little).
Badge menu definitely needs a clean-up so things are a bit more clear and consistent.
I'd personally like to see the Illusionist numbers cut just a little since so few mobs spawn in PI...or else bump up the spawn numbers (so glad I haven't gotten that Carnie hunt mission yet because of this). The fact that I kept a MI busy for a ridiculous amount of time and got very little movement on the bar is crazy...
Other than complaints about awarding of monster badges...that's about all I have. -
I've done this mish multiple times for other people (soloed easily for my own)...
If you have 8 people, especially if they have upped their reputation at all, it can be a bit difficult, just because of Pariah and Anathema spawn #s and the statuses they can cause. -
I have personally never gotten an AP contact if I started in GC...Only another contact in GC.
I usually only get offered ones in KR or one of the SCs when I get to the next level tiers. -
I like Galaxy....so much nicer to work through those first few levels. I don't think I had a single mish that sent me to the red zones in Galaxy, but quite a few of them in Atlas. And I hate Clockwork...so much harder to see than Vaz.
More doors would be a wonderful addition...I hate not having a contact I can run and get inspirations from between missions in Hollows with my lowbies (all started in Galaxy after my first two....too much annoyingness and lag).
