FotM builds are good, good builds are fun... Therefore FotM builds are the most fun

Postpone Stamina, get QR at 20 instead, it's better.

What you're forgetting is that regens have the base regen of Fast Healing and Integration, which puts them at 500% (?) regen. My "cheap" IO build for my kat/regen is running ay slightly above 700% without uniques.
But yeah, WP is good.

I don't see it having any of the debuff resisrances of other armours. Ice and SR both resist def debuffs heavily. Ice and Elec armours resist slows. The shields on WP don't seem to provide any debuff resistance.
[/ QUOTE ]
All resistance shields come with resistance debuff automatically. I think it was Arcanaville that said this:
Resistance debuff resistance resists resistable resistance debuffs but unresistable resistance debuffs debuff resistance debuff resistance making them resistance debuff resistance debuffs that debuff resistance.
Also, WP has regen debuff resistance too. -
The Precision Rangers thread is 1099 pages atm

I wouldn't call an extra 190% regen "a little". Personally I like to have as much as possible and I think that those slots are worth it - definitely much more than those in Integration in DSorrow's build.
[/ QUOTE ]
Well you know, I do builds with IOs always in my mind, even if it's just a SO build. 5 slots in integration? That's 5/6 doctored wounds (quite a cheap set) for a 5% rech set bonus.

What are you doing on a regen thread anyways? -
I'm up for the STF on the scrapper.

Hey im new to the stalkers, I wanted to roll a good pvp char I heard this is the place, but I also want to be able to pve as well so any tips on what powers to roll out would be great thanks.
oh yeh and I would like to be able to take out my granite tank mate on heroes he is well too hard in that armour lol
[/ QUOTE ]
Welcome to stalkersThe best (in my opinion and experience) stalket to pvp is EM/WP. Then its EM/Nin or EM/SR. After EM is Dark melee, works good with /nin /regen and /wp, but has a hard time with /sr, but that works too. After DM is claws, lethal damage and extremely fast. Its gem is focus, a high damage ranged attack. Other primaries are not worth rolling for pvp imo. For PvE everything works.

How aboot spines? -
Something worth considering is that ill/ pets are afraid of the Oil Slick.

I'll join as my scrapper if I remember.

So, when's the next PvP night? -
Positron said on w00t radio that bases are going to get looked at, with all the new staff it will be easier.
-
Drop Nimble Slash, Weaken and Empower aren't that good later anyways.

but that's loads of work and not going to happen any time soon, if ever.

Exactly what I said a few days before Weapon Customization arrived, lets hope for the best shall we? -

Stalkers suffer in teams because they bring the least to the table - much like Scrappers in Heroes IMO.
Having AS do massive damage against AV's (and scaling down through EB's, Bosses etc...) would be a start. Another way to buff Stalkers would be to make Stalker Unresistables work properly. I don't like seeing my AS ping off an AV or EB (or hell Boss) that's popped something like Unstoppable with naff damage.
[/ QUOTE ]
Making AS unresistable would give me a very good reason to invite stalkers to the LGTF. -
Vahiki the Imp - Fire/kin, level 31 as of now.
-
You both forgot High Pain Threshold. About 30% perma extra HP.

I have a (non-trapper) friend coming to see how much we own faces.
