You look a little light on attacks at the start - lvl 22 is a long way to go with just 2 attacks (one of which does minor damage and one of which recharges in 10 seconds) and it won't be much fun getting to lvl 8 with just that minor damage attack.

Postpone Stamina, get QR at 20 instead, it's better.
Hurdle Health and Stamina can go for starters - you can take them later. Take Quick Recovery at 20 and that allows you to fit in 2 more attacks earlier.
Using mostly the powers you chose (changing Thunder Kick for Storm Kick and Boxing for Kick for a little more damage) I'd go for something like this:

If I were you I'd take another look at why you're picking up Stamina at lvl 20 rather than Quick Recovery when Quick Recovery is the better power and picking Stamina requires you pick up two other powers first. If you weren't forcing yourself to pick up those two pre-requisite powers you'd have a lot more flexibility in your build pre-lvl 20. I haven't played /Willpower beyond lvl 6 yet but if I was levelling a MA/WP I'd probably go something like this:
1. Thunder Kick
1. High Pain Tolerance
2. Storm Kick
4. Mind Over Body
6. Travel Power Pre-requisite
8. Crane Kick
10. Indomitable Will
12. Focus Chi (or take Fast Healing if you want less down time rather than damage output)
14. Travel Power
16. Rise to the Challenge
18. Crippling Axe Kick
20. Quick Recovery
That would be my build for soloing as that's what I mostly do. I've no idea what your playstyle is like so that build might not suit you.
