Everytime we have received a new incarnate slot our characters have grown in power. Do you look forward to more? I personally do as I tend to play one character. I know some are fearful of the power creep or the fact they want to incarnate every character they have.
If you do look forward to more slots, what would you want to see? Personally, I would not mind another click power that acts as a massive debuff like judgement but debuffs. Could be an extreme amount of -Res or -Regen. It could be an AOE power.
Another power I would not mind would be some type of power that adds a new inherent. It would be passive and could do things like maybe reduce endurance cost based on your health or something like that.
Finally, I would not mind a purely cosmetic incarnate slot. Imagine a slot that adds new graphics to your attacks. Think of the overwhelming force proc which has a cosmetic proc of a nuclear explosion that shakes your screen when it goes off. Its really neat if you haven't seen it. -
Have they mentioned in coffee talks or anywhere else if I24 will go to beta in Aug?
-
Actually a guy in game told me a good point -- Find a self resser, have them put it on auto and you both AFK for the night...
Could be like 20 rep an hour but at least its AFK. -
I mean even doing 1 rep a minute would still take 400 mins... like 6.5 hours.
-
Wow 400 PVP rep is a grind, I wish there was a way to just do a big FFA PVP event or something fun.

I did a lot of testing when fury first appeared and Jonyu was the Brute AT rep. He was a dev. Anyways, back then Castle told me fury gains were dependent on the class of the attacker. I think this may still be true today because I had an interesting experiment.
I ran Mender Lazarus's arc, where you beat the 5th Column, and in the final mission you fight 3 AVs at once. During the fight Requiem has tons of ambushes attack you.
Here is what is interesting, I was using the Brute fury proc and I stopped for a bit and I noticed my fury stayed at 95+ fury. It did not decrease.
This means either:
A) The AV's constant attacks kept me maintaining the fury.
B) I somehow broke the aggro cap and I had more then 15 oppponents attackin me at once. -
Quote:I have my own personal SG and since I have nearly all the badges I've obtained those badges in the process as a consequence.Ultimus, just curious because you haven't replied to the above, are you already in an SG (I'm assuming a personal one) and have you already been playing in SG mode for a while? Some of the fancier items require you to have unlocked SG badges by racking up quotas while in SG mode.

I agree I wouldn't mind if the loyalty things eventually went on sale. Exclusive for a year and sold thereafter I am fine... or maybe 2 years later.
Maybe if we raise enough voices here Zwil will take note and pass our concerns on. I just wonder if there is any legal problems?
I know the Prestige Power Slide has a legal issue tied to it and can never be released. -
Quote:I wasn't trying to pick a fight I was asking for clarification. At first I thought he was stating that it shouldn't be available but the other should.Quit trying to pick a fight, there are always going to be exceptions. His point still stands, the wisps aura was infinitely easier and available to more people than the tweet code thursdays codes.
The loyalty rewards programs though you only had to be subscribed so a veteran in the army overseas could of maintained an account.
Ultimately, my point is if the Dark Matter Aura is put up for sale so should the Wisp Aura to be fair. -
Quote:So are you saying those that don't have it shouldn't have the wisp aura? What if its a new account or someone that was overseas as a Veteran that kept their account active but couldn't log into the game? Was that a fair shot?how they did the wisps aura was still better than this, the wisps aura EVERY player had a fair shot at cause all they had to do was start using the new launcher sooner than required
with the twitter promotional codes its basically whoever can enter it the fastest and who has the fastest most reliable internet -
I know I see the Wisp Aura a TON and it was a promotional thing. With the ordeal behind the Tweet code Thursdays and the Dark Matter Aura a lot of people want it for sale. However, so far they have said no since its a promotional item.
So how would you feel if as a compromised they released the Wisp Aura for sale? I think it would sell fairly well as I see a LOT of people using this aura.
Thoughts? -

Do you have a reason why? IE for Brutes TW has one of highest single target pylon times, can slot ach heel, and has massive aoe damage. SS has massive to hit, aoe, and amazing single target dps.
-
You did not take hasten yet you took barrage, ep, bonesmasher, tf, and ET on top of burn ?
-
For example, SS and TW for Brute are considered the tip of the line for brutes. With the I22 changes to AS what is it for Stalker's now? And why? Does it need a certain secondary? Ir like SS/FA/soul for brute.

I have all the costume parts but 1, the Elemental Order Boots. This is a rare "card". I have an 85% chance to NOT get the Boots with any pack with a rare in it. Some packs have no rare cards (very rare instead), though a few have 2. This means that while I might have a 1 in 10 chance of getting the part, it might also mean I get the boots after 1, 10, or even 100 packs. I don't think that is acceptable.
There should be an upper limit of packs needed to get the account items. If a player exceeds that number, the remaining account item(s) should be awarded to the account. I would think that would be a nice goodwill gesture on the company's part. At that point the packs will still be an incentive item to get players to try the consumables, but would put an upper point limit for the account items.
I don't really care if it is "statistically unlikely" that this happened. The fact is that it DID happen. The truth of the matter is that the developers can't say how many packs a player has to get in order to collect all the costume parts. I doubt that they can say how many accounts got a complete set in the following pack amounts:- 0-10 packs
- 10-15 packs
- 15-20 packs
- 20-25 packs
- 25-30 packs
- 30+ packs
I will point out that I've used:- Converted all the Reward Merits into Enhancement Converters.
- 4/6 ATOs
- 0/1 Catalyst (haven't collected enough to bother catalyzing anything)
- About 4 of the self-rezzes
- ZERO Ally-rezzes
- ZERO Unslotters
- ZERO Experienced powers
- ZERO Enhancement Boosters
- ZERO Inspirations
- ZERO Windfalls
Windfalls is great for any level but mainly 50's since more purple recipes can drop. Also good for threads and shards incarnate stuff. -
Quote:Wait what?Well actually the explanation at the time of launch for the revamp of missions was that there were so many discarded mid level toons parked at doors that they were causing too much lag so they decided to change all the low level missions to street hunts and gave us one super mission to team up with. So it is actually designed for new players as well as old (and to be abused as much as possible).

Ok that helps a little, so is that the full list of items that require energy and control?
That link talks about Auxiliary and Core items. What is the point of them? For instance it states for a Circuit Breaker: http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Circuit_Breaker
This item is an Auxiliary Energy base item that must be attached to a core Energy base item in order to benefit the base. If unattached, it is merely an expensive decoration.
What exactly is the benefit? Why would I build it?
I suppose simply how I envision my base, I want one of all the different active benefits -- Like a Teleporter so I can go to all the areas, respawn area, workshop, a place to store things, a place to craft the temp powers, etc. Not sure if I am missing any. -
Can someone give me a newbie guide to base building? Here's a few things I am wondering about:
1) What is Energy and Control needed for? What items specifically and what do each do?
2) Secure Plots give 2 energy and control, what about the others?
3) Someone stated "2 energy and control means you can save up prestige till you get more powerful versions" -- So you can buy more energy and control ? Or what does that statement mean? -
Quote:What is energy and control? And why would you want 2 of them?I like the secure plots because they allow 2 energy and control. The 2nd secure is big enough now that you don't need two teleport rooms. Welcome to base building. It is easy to spend hours on rooms. Hold shift will move items up and down, ctrl will move item at the height, and alt to move angle. I'm sure there is someone elsethat can give you better help. The most fun for me is to try new things if it works great if not try again.

Been playing for 8 years and I've never built a base before so I am a complete newbie to it. Decided would be fun to try it out as I have over 50 billion influence now and could easily get prestige.
So I am just looking for basics as to what everything is. IE is there a "best" base plot? I'd rather just start with that then start with a small one. -
Quote:If you don't breath enough oxygen you die... so I would recommend you stop holding your breath and shareThere's another full powerset I'm aware of that hasn't been leaked at all yet, and might be basically done. So since Zwillinger mentioned powersets, maybe I can finally stop holding my breath on that one.

You mean Rad Armor? Its ok to say it as it was published in a PC Gamer article by the devs. They even listed what powers it had.

On an iphone and won't let me view it
