We've been given "Soon". So very likely.
They haven't given a date, or even a rough time frame yet. August is a fair bet, IMO.

IIRC, pretty much every Issue or Issue.5 hitting beta since i18 has accompanied, or near-accompanied and double XP weekend. So since we're about a week and a half away from one at this point, and since we've been getting so many announcements lately...I'd guess within the next two weeks is actually a pretty darned safe bet.
ya well they've been kicking out issues at a pretty steady rate since Freedom. about 3-5 months depending. Since last September we've had 21, 21.5 (november?), 22(early March), 23(Late May). So beta is likely to go soon with probably a late september/early october live date. Just a guess though.
Have they mentioned in coffee talks or anywhere else if I24 will go to beta in Aug?
