  1. Still not fixed on test with the new patch
  2. So I thought about this more last night and had another idea come to mind:

What if this was changed to a proc called "Frenzy" (Name needs work its the same name as the Villain Alignment Power).

Basically the power would stop all fury decay for the next 10 seconds while also generating 1 fury per second.

It would have a small chance to proc with a PPM in place of only 2-3.

NOTE: If you don't know what a PPM is its procs per minute, basically its a way of averaging a proc rate so that a speedy set doesn't have an advantage a slower set because there is a maximum amount of procs allowed in a single minute.
  3. Here is what GM code does:

If you are a higher level than the Giant Monster, you will do damage to it as if you were its level.
If you are a lower level than the Giant Monster, you will do damage to it as if it was one level lower than you.
A Giant Monster does damage to you as if it were your level.

So would you damage it as if you were a level higher then it?
  4. In two days will be the 5th anniversary of this... still waiting
  5. Curious, what is the point of having these? I got a bunch of base salvage on old characters. I know it doesn't drop anymore.
  6. I always thought of her as the one that would interrogate prisoners. Administer torture, drugs, whatever to get the information needed.

Positron will his removal effect any badges? Specifically, make them unobtainable? I am really wondering if I need to go do MOTSF on a bunch of characters and a heads up notice would be nice.

Put two and two together... It's a lot harder for a stealth nerf to slip by unnoticed these days.

I just checked an archived copy of the Issue 20 launch day data. The initial four Lore trees all spawned their pets at -1. From Tier 1's single pet all the way to T4.

Feel free to not believe me, but as far as I'm concerned, crisis averted.

    -CW
Was that both side of the trees?

So why do so many people remember pets spawning at your own level? Did anybody get an official response to this yet?
No response here, we need more people PMing Synapse. Please help.
  10. Another way to look at it is that increasing your endurance is a direct multiplier of your recovery.

Starting at base: doubling your endurance is equal to doubling your recovery (100% recovery buff).

However, since it acts as a multiplier when you have both it gets even better:

If you had double the endurance with 100% recovery it would be the same as having normal endurance with 400% recovery.
  11. Think the SSA 5 is coming out tomorrow? Or will we be getting super packs? Perhaps the flying carpet?

    Who?
  13. My SS/FA tanks Incarnate Trials... so yes.
  14. And to add these are even con minions, I can put myself over 70% defense and they still hit hmmm.
  15. The Awakened in the First Ward seem to have near auto-hit capabilities. What is giving them such accuracy? Their attacks do not do any kind of -Def.

I can eat literally 5 small lucks (Which is way over the soft-cap) and they still hit like they have a DE quartz nearby.

I am jumping into a spawn the size of an 8 - player team so is one giving some kind of massive to-hit buff?

Note: I also run Weave and Maneuvers on top of that too.
  16. I just noticed this, it can be enhanced, has it always been like that?

Have everyone have at least the Alpha level shift, preferably with the rest of the incarnate slots powered. Have a defense based tank for the final AVs, and a decent support character or two. Other than that, practice.
Thanks put together a PUG and we got it first try

Since Statesman is dying I have a feeling the badge might be going away so wanted to get it prior.

Which history badges are you not getting a bar for?
    Arachnos Rising was one.

Not sure what you are trying to make a point of here but I will address what I can:

    1) I play both tankers and brutes.

    2) If I see something that needs improvement, I speak out about it. Hence the entire reason tankers are getting buffs and Synapse is looking into them is because I typed up a long essay with bullet points to Synapse with my justification why they need to be looked at.

    3) As Arcanaville pointed out, this ATO global enhancer is the equal of giving a 5% global damage buff that is subject to ED. IMO, that makes it worthless and frankly I think it needs improvement compared to what the other AT's get.
  20. Can I obtain these as a Vigilante? I notice that I do not get a progress bar on them.
  21. Any tips for Master of Statesman TF?

Best way of saying it, also given the fact *EVERY* brute has brawl there is no reason to ever have spaces in your attack chain and its free on endurance.

Well I know you reached this but I was going to point out based on the screenshot alone you have at least 12 enemies attacking you.

No calculator by my side but I would say about 70-80% of your fury generated is coming from their attacks and not your own.

In my mind this says the Devs know that Brutes need something to better bracket Fury where it should be, and the rules they have for it are still wonky. In the end I hate the major Fury change. I never hada problem getting a full Fury bar. I just looked for the nearest 10 guys and went over and smacked their boss, worked every single time. I also hate that this is a Proc and not an earnable power. On a tight build I have to find a cherished spot to put this thing? Will it fit in running? Sheesh.

But at least it is something positive, even if I'm looking for a holiday dinner with all the trimmings and this is a veggie plate.
Based on your post, did you ignore all the numbers? This proc won't help you get from 75-80 fury (And this can already be achieved) the majority of fury generation from going from 75-80 is from enemy attacks which has no effect by this proc.

Even if you were generating 1 attack per second, which the majority of sets cannot do due to animation times, you would be generating 1.125 FPS or about 1.2 with the proc.

Assuming you would be being attacked by 16 enemies that also generate 1 attack per second they would be generating approximately 8.3 FPS for you... nearly 800% more.
