I've been around since closed beta. I enjoyed the ride. As much as I don't want the game to end, based on numbers below from the NCsoft Investor Website, COH/COV may not be bringing in as much money as it once did:

If I understand the above correctly, COH/COV had less than 1000 sales ($14.95) per month? Can that be right? Also, I'm not sure how point sales were tabulated. -
Mr. Spectrum is a L24 alt of mine. I just logged on for a 1/2 hour or so while doing the laundry. Corebreach sent me a tell informing I won after I entered the Training Enhancement store in IP. LOL I thought it was a joke and he'd give me 75 influence. But he handed over 75M in influence! I need that type of luck in RL.

We are crashing because we downloaded today's patch. Reload the previous version of the game, the current version is broken. I'm going to miss out on getting the cryogenic armor because I can't complete the "Defeat all Sky Raiders in Lab" mish

Ok I logged to desktop and then logged back in and the 2 new character slots reappeared -

The Faultline beacon actually teleports you to the old fault map. I was at the old dam for one seconds and then the loading screen for AP appeared.
I'll wait for a redname to respond on this issue before I do the leg work for the new Faultline badges.
And if anyone has done the leg work for the new FL badges and has the coordinates -- please post em -

I don't believe this quoted reason for one second.
Are you telling me since Issue #1, Auto Turrnet was never meant to be teleported from mob to mob? Give me a break. If this is the case why wasn't it fixed Issue #2-#6? You mean you're just now getting around to fixing this?
Wild Theory:
I think this is all about the FOTM Uber Thugs/Traps Masterminds that popped up Issue #7. The Friend Recall nerf to the MM Traps power set forced the Blaster Devices power set to take a hit (to be in line) IMHO.
BTW, I love FOTM builds, what a don't like is the nerf to the power set Traps forcing a weak power set like Devices to become even weaker.
And if we go with the quoted reason for this change, Why should we expect a balancing boost elsewhere in the power set? After all, the objects where never intended to be portable in the first place! -

Only one type of banner can have one type of logo. What I mean by this is say you change you SG logo and colors to that of a coalition SG (Thats what I did) then place Large tech banner 1 with that logo, then you drop out of base edit mode and change your logo and colors back to your true SG ones.
When you return to edit mode you can never again move or use that banner again, if you do it will change to what ever your logo is now.
If you look you can see that none of the baners are the same other then the ones with my real logo.

And if we follow the Dev's rationale a bit further, I'm afraid we may see powers like force bubble and telekinesis whacked. -
Patch Notes:
Hurricane's Repel effect is now slightly less abusive in PvP situations. Hurricane will still interrupt Assassin Strikes, but it should no longer be possible to pin a player in a corner during Base Raids. The repel effect activates more slowly causing a reduction in the endurance cost over time to use the power.
You know, this may not be a lie, but it is definitely a half-truth:
1. Hurricane's Repel effect is now slightly less abusive in PvP situations. (TRUE)
2 Hurricane will still interrupt Assassin Strikes, but it should no longer be possible to pin a player in a corner during Base Raids. (TRUE)
3. The repel effect activates more slowly causing a reduction in the endurance cost over time to use the power. (HALF-TRUTH) After reading sentence 1., one may assume that this is a PVP change made for PVP reasons. Why wouldnt one make that assumption? Hurricane has been working as intended in PVE since Issue one.
I guess I made an a$$ of myself for believing that there would be a PVP version of Hurricane and an untouched PVE version. I mean that is the wildest assumption one could make reading the patch notes. -

Why was hurricane touched at all for PVE? Were the patch notes a lie or mistake?

This was done to bring them in line with minions.
