Just in case you don't know, that's a Dev-confirmed bug. It happens when you target an un-attackable object or NPC, such as a Wentworth employee. Hitting Escape clears the target window and your auto-power will start working again.
Actually, I consider this a feature. Everyone with Healing Aura on auto and who rock the aura at the Market now have it automatically paused.

No,the zombie attack is a event that occurs it has nothing to do with how many baddies you and your team killed.Why the xp is low I have no idea hopefully someone can answer that for you as i am curious also.
The banners are something new this year no contact is needed just pay attention to the event chat like it said in the GMOTD when you logged in yesterday.
Store and hold on to your salvage,watch the market in a few months and you will see prices will go back up as the salvage becomes scarce again.
ToT is going to be lvl specific for the zones,hence a lvl 50 can't come to Atlas to ToT,BUT,if you get on a higher lvl team and they are running in their correct zone then you will be able to also because of ssk.

There is plenty of "end game" stuff to do when you hit 50.
Obo is the biggest one,badge hunting is another,I do different things with my 50's.
Couple examples; took my blaster and did his second build as a purely melee toon.
Have a fire/kin who can farm forever,different farms too.Rebuilt my mm as a team support toon,tf's/sf's and trials oh my!
I have a ss/fire/mu who has finished all in game content yet he can still get on teams to help others out w/patron arcs,mishes especially now w/ssk.
I have a mace/stone brute that runs mishes on +4/8 just to see if I can do them,or soloing Statesman on a LRSF.
You can create so many challenges,and continue the game after 50.Alts are fun but I have yet to "retire" any of my 50's.Each of them fulfills a ceratin function and purpose in the game.Although why do I have so many...thats simple because I have ideas and imagination and each of these "toons" are part of that world which I have created. -
Me and the missus ran a mace/stone brute and her on a son/kin and we ran pve content and lvl'd rather quickly(28 days to 50).
Not to mention it was fun and we got to run the LRSF for the first SUCCESSFUL time.

Got my new blaster Dirty Litter Box fire/nrg 1-33.
My new defender Jacob Nemesis arch/traps 1-27.
Mostly me and the missus ran our fire/kins for the sg and got abuncha ppl lvl'd up and I personally walked away with 15 prples and the missuses got 10.
Most of the sgmates dual-boxed got acouple of them from 35-50,and the others up to the 30's,so yeah we were very productive.Caught up on all my sleep last night.
Other than WW being borked it went smooth. -
Are they still used as farmers?Been on blueside for so long on my fire/kin that I've lost all contact with anyone I used to know or could ask on redside.
Any help on builds,answers,etc is appreciated. -
No problems on mine or the missus fire/kins either and thats on all our farm maps.

What kills me is the amount of times the servers have been down this week.Here we are once again and they are going down this friday morning.Don't you think it would have made more sense to just do the maintenance yesterday considering they had them down anyways?
Sorry but some of us have only a limited amount of game time and mornings are it for me.

Starting at 7:00 AM Pacific Time (10:00 AM Eastern Time) on Tuesday 8/04 all live North American servers for City of Heroes will be brought down for maintenance and publish.
We expect the downtime to last 2 hours but please allow for early release or an extension as necessary.

This was posted,servers went down at 8am calling for a 4 hour main/publish(?somebody get the times wrong)....what's the publish mean?Is that a patch?If so I hope it is for the lag/rubber-banding/mapserving/ctrl auto/sync/and whatever bug or glitch that currently is going on.8P -

I must agree with many of the posters above. I've been playing this game nearly 4 years and been through a lot of 2xp weekends. This was the first time I have ever seen Freedom not get gray and locked out, Virtue barely seemed to reach yellow, and all the others seemed to stay green all weekend.
I fear that we may be seeing the fruits of some shortsighted decisions by the dev's. The game seems to be populated by more powerlevelers than ever, and there are fewer and fewer people with anything over 6 months of time in the game. Many of the people who were loyal players seem to be leaving because of changes to way the game is now played. I did not join the City of Farmers.
I don't want to slam AE, so just let me close by saying it seems that the overall population in this game has begun to drop signifigantly. Freedom hero side used to have 250-300 heroes online at prime time, now it usually tops out at about 150. I really would like the dev's to put out maybe a quarterly statement about the state of the game. After all this time and money, would hate to get that dreaded email these games give shortly before they shut down.
Here's hoping going Rogue will salvage some things, but i fear it may be too little too late to save a game that has so much promise, but seems to only worry about pleasing short time players that come and go, and will not be there when things start to go fall apart.
Once again AE is not the end of the world ppl,it's just an aspect of the game.Hell,I barely go in there other than to get the day job badge.
The game goes through lulls in activity especially during the summer,do you want to sit inside all day and play?I know I don't. -

I had nothing but problems all weekend on Virtue,everyone on my team and ppl in other zones experienced the same thing,continual mapserve.
I contacted support and got the run around for two days saying it was my pc/modem/router.Finally after pointing out for the fifteenth time everyone else was experiencing it,a techie said they knew of server wide problems.I know when my stuff isn't workin now if support would recognize that their stuff has problems too we would have a better time. -

First,you have to decide what you are looking for,rp,high pop,etc.Secondly,go to the server forum area and read through some of the postings to get a feel on what the server is like.
In addition you do not have to limit yourself to one server,you can mix it up on several servers.I believe making friends,and getting into an active friendly sg/vg will help you make a decision quicker. -

Ok 1st is Necro Portia my bane born 12/23/08 hit the big 50.
Secondly, in our VG was Xanifer axe/shield born 12/02/08 hit 50 this morning.
Lastly,the missus with her widow Zariya born 5/20/08 hit 50 this afternoon 2 minutes after my toon Necro did.
Now on to the next set of upcoming 50's.
