Yes, chat bug is fixed again, along with all the other tweaks in Patch B. Except the Rikti Monkey Overlord crashes.

Well whatever patch you want to call it threw the emote for Base/Pocket D teleports all out of whack... kinda funny, but a little annoying, too. 
What kills me is the amount of times the servers have been down this week.Here we are once again and they are going down this friday morning.Don't you think it would have made more sense to just do the maintenance yesterday considering they had them down anyways?

Well, I wouldn't really count today's patch as "down time." It's scheduled maintenance time, which is probably why they waited until today.
We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.
