Good idea to listen to the power advice above ^^ I just changed the slotting on the powers you already picked since I was too lazy to give power advice
Also, don't now enough about devices to really comment.

Slot all your attacks with 3 Damage and targeting drone with 3 tohitbuff. With targetting drone you can get away without slotting accuracy in attacks in my opinion but this build really needs a slotting rework.
I'd say the slots in the build below are what I'd call the minimum sort of slotting requirements for the build and leaves with about another 20 slots to put in, mostly recharges of your choosing depending on which powers you want to use more often.

Because I find teaming somewhat difficult on CoV but really enjoy the missions I've just decided to post here when I want a team in the hope that people will see it and make an effort to join me. So...
1. 12th June (today) 21:15 BST Level 23 approx.
I'll be running missions with my level 23 Mastermind (Probably on ruthless) so just contact Evil Aviator or @Jersey ingame afer 9.15 if you want to do some missions. Lackeying may be available but only for reasonable characters, i.e. must at least have a travel power. -
The ambsuhes from longbow shouldn't be more than two rorthree but because they're ambushes they're auto aggroed to you, same goes for the boss. Basically you have to take them on as they come. This is also something of an issue for Masterminds becuase the ambushes will go straight for the MM instead of his pets although it's not a huge deal since th epets take it away quickly enough.

Forgot to say, my blaster had severe crashing issues that prevented him from reaching level 39, sorry.

I certianly enjoy it but at the moment can only really run it and tactics without suffering from end drain. Really helped on my taking out Baliista-1 mission since I could fly my bots around the rig.

I'd say your overcomplicating things and that as long as you don't do anything stupid you'll clean up every group simply by having AS'ed a large enough proportion of them that the rest aren't going to be able to kill you. If you want to be really safe you could makes sure you build in control powers, placate, cobra strike, stun, touch of fear etc. to deal with what's left over after the inital strike but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't just plain work.

I imagine that the combination of kinetics buffs and high damage cone attacks would work very well on mayhem missions. And for my AR Blaster I personally find the AR side more useful in PvE but not as much in PvP. I haven't played high level villains though so it could very well be that there's a greater number of high smash/lethal resist enemies which I have to admit make AR look poor.
I wouldn't give up, AR is the best AoE damage IMO as long as you place the cones properly but my view is a little tainted because I use an Energy Melee secondary to do single target damage which is to say I can clear minions no fuss but when it comes to bosses I'd be really stuck if I just had the AR primary like a corrupter. -
I'll volunteer for some of the villain ones. If I can get my kinetics Corrupter up to requisite level I'll also volunteer him for the first one since you may be in need of -regen otherwise it'd be my bots/FF mastermind.

No harm in trying it, I never found the walls a problem to be honest but why not give it a bash and see how it works out?

Possibly... but it may be an idea to consider if the GM changes affect the crystal titan. Wouldn't want it to turn out he takes forever to defeat since you only have so much ambrosia.

I've noticed on my low level fire/kin that if I siphon speed of a boss then RoF him when he's on low health not only can he not escape but you get loads of scourge hits because the rain is ticks. I get really quite angry when I don't get my scourge on individual attacks so it works out pretty nicely for me.
Also, mayhem missions, I've been scoring auto-hit kinetics buffs of alleyways of object and then just RoF'ing on top of them so they all explode: 'Bonus time 5 mins for destroying all sorrts of junk!.' -
FLURRY! FLURRY! FLURRY! Just make sure to take hasten as well, if you've got hurdle from fitness you'll do just fine with superspeed in any situation.

That's the reason given but it's listed under the known issues in I7, see announcements, so that may mean it's due to change at some point.

For my corrupter I'm taking flurry and superspeed so I can shout 'Yesssssss, flurry!' before I do it and then might respec it out after I get inetial reduction, depends how much fun I get out of flurry in the intervening period.

It'll work, I remember this came up in S4 though and Bridger said they'd be keeping an eye out for suspicious fully slotted characters so they could make them copy over a normal version.I guess it'll work for just regular vs. Defiant stuff but it seems kinda sleazy if you ask me.

Assault+Tactics are always a good bet. Personally I am getting stamina because I want to be able to do 2 things: Use Group fly and all my toggles at the same time and take stuff from the patron power pool to use so I think I'll need it but you may not be building that way.

Since I've started playing him more I though I'd post the planned build for my mixed PvE/PvP Blaster Guise so if anyone has any ideas that they think would improve it I'd appreciate it. And a note about hasten, I just tacked it on the end in case I ever really need to hurry up, I don't want to be using all the time so I didn't slot for recharge.

I chose the robots because I wanted a group flying mastermind and they best fitted the concept out of the available ranged MMs.
What I find more is the tendency for people to choose the same secondary dependant on their primary since they've been set up to synergies with certain sets.
Necro/Poison or Dark
Ninjas/Trick Arrow
Bots/Force Fields
Mercs/Traps
I very rarely see a non FF bot MM, I blame the coolness of the robots for the overabundance of them. -
Maybe you could tell us what powersets you have? Would help a lot.

I don't 'think' you can slot range but I might just be misremembering.
Personally I plan to slot an extra accuracy to compensate for the -acc in group fly, also I had plaaenty of slots going spare it seemed when I planned the build. -
I will say I'm enjoying rain of fire on my fire/kin so far though. It also helps protect me from angry people with clubs since I generate more aggro than a nuclear powered aggro generating machine on crack.

Hell yes they can solo and if you're going with hasten and quickness just take superspeed and you'll be faster than a bonafide electrified rocket horse on wheels. Whapap!

I basically looked at the other henchmen sets, 3rd tier pet is fire version of thugs bruiser 2nd tier are very similar to protector bots, and tried to choose equivalent fire powers that would obviously fit into the MM as toned down versions of powers from other sets.
