  1. It was OP. Justified nerf.

It is a shame it is only a week-long ban.

You still get great quality and quantity PVP on virtue and not everyone needs to be on the same server. Also, he would help establish an alternative to the aptly named "freedumb" in your location.
  4. Virtue has a lot. JOin us there.
  5. Also it has a hero-only name which is icky.

I thought I wouldnt even have to mention this, but now I will since you're being pigheaded:

Yesterday I ran 2 pug villain respecs in 17minutes each. Thats 3 an hour. In the same 2ish hours your typical Positron takes, that ends up being more merits in the same amount of time than heroes get on Posi.

You're trying to fix something with a solution that would break things in the opposite direction. Stop.
Even so, if it does "break" villains, Heroes have had their time in the spotlight for way too long, anyway.

But you CAN by far run all the SFs in a day, which is where the merit imbalance comes from as the 1 merit / 5 minutes rule holds to both sides.

    Not everyone does speed runs.
  10. How about this: SFs can be done 2 or 3x per day without penalty?

OR to go along with MY suggestion so I can do several BSFs, SMSFs a day for full merits... and get the same amount as Heroes.

We don't care about people who ragequit without thinking logically, though. They are like the AE babies, we are better off without them.

Maybe it would do that, but not EVERYONE would be doing the most effecient thing. This would also be the simplest way to diminish the merit disparity.

    big ol' facepalm.
It would not be imbalanced at all. All the hero TFs combined probably would take the 18 hours anyway. Not imbalanced in the least. They would not complain if they had 2 brain cells.

Not to insult heroes' intelligence, but villains are smarter having to live stealthily under the law.
  15. Because this is may be an easier to implement fix / more likely one.
  16. Without having to double dip into TFs, heroes have the potential of getting MUUUUUCH more Merits than villains without running into the 18 hour diminishing returns than villains could if they both ran all their SFs and TFs. To counter this, and bring more life to SFs, I propose SFs should not have the 18 hour diminishing returns timer. Devs, Please think of the balance.

EDIT: Another idea. Have it so that SFs may be completed 2 or 3 times a day each without penalty.

I think they're probably going to wait to see how successful any "newshinyawesome" graphics system really is before developing for it.

There's nothing in the released info for GR or I17 that I've seen that says anything about 3d
I thought Nvidia was showing 3dvision at hero-con and said it would be ready for Ultra-mode.
  19. I think we get support in i17?
  20. Why not just farm longbow? At least there is some variety there.

What I more was getting at is: Share the wealth with those who have more team oriented builds. Let them have some fun and lewts too :O.

as for the infl/inf cap., don't go there. that has nothing to do with inflation like you think it does.
I agree, sell them. Hoarding is not really solving any "issues" of stock.

The ebil club needs to shift to at least 10bil to regain its former leetness, possibly 20bil. Makes for difficult screenie evidence tho (not like existing 1bil screenshots couldn't be easily faked and are taken on the "honor system"). I've 14.5bil across eight holder alts redside, guess I could make a monocle collage but its not worth the hassle.
Stop being ebil and let people have items and inf :<

Actually come to think of it they could make that this set's gimmick - the powers all have really long range, but fired at something further away than the normal range of standard blast sets, they do way less damage. Dunno if that's even possible though, so meh.
It is possible with AoEs, but that is because they can have different numbers of ticks at different radii.
