If you want the place where you will get the most people PvPing, then go to Freedom.
You will get the most quantity and quality there.

Why do we need an "alternate supply?" The most PvP'rs are on freedom as are the best PvPrs, granted this comes with a lot of n00bz too. It's not like the game is overwhelmed with PvPrs.
Infinity and Victory mostly
