PP and APP customization was VERY noted. They know we want it, they want to work on it, they just can't give a timeline.
In the first 'powers' roundtable everyone discussed dopplegangers for about 10 minutes. Nothing is in the works but they've noted our interest in seeing more of it. (Interesting trivia: Originally Phantom Army was supposed to be a set of clones of yourself but the tech didn't exist) -
There were, including 2 people video taping for a youtube upload later. As to what is coming in i20.... My memory sucks, I don't remember. I remember the pre-beta testers were testing a brand new interface or technology within the game or something.
They didn't reveal much besides the Nov 16th (ish) date for i19 drop. -
That was a lot of fun. Thank you for hosting the event and hopefully we will have a full sized HeroCon next year.

I'm late to the party as usual, but Dottie's sounds terrific. I remember that episode. I can't confirm if I can make the lunch, but I will be at the M&G. I know I'm late to the party here, but I can get rooms starting at $139 for any attendee at the Fairmont San Francisco which is less than a mile away from the venue. I just stayed there on Oct 5th and the place was beautiful. It's on the top of Nob Hill.

This is the build I made up this week. I haven't actually dropped it on a character yet, but this is what I was planning. I made a build with 25% defense and a lot more recharge and it really didn't hold it's own like I was hoping. My biggest concern with this build is the endurance use. I fear it's going to be too high.

We have tried to address the bugs with it as quickly as we possibly could. Booster packs are always problematic, because they don't get to go through the same testing period on the training room before they're enabled on the live servers. So we end up having to do fixes for bugs we didn't catch, and a lot of fixes for bugs we did catch don't have time to get into the builds before they end up on live.
OP: I believe doing a charge-back from your credit card can get your entire account banned until things get straightened out by customer service. I'd recommend you call/email them about your level of satisfaction well before you contact your credit card company.

I have a brute specifically designed to negate S/L damage.
With one in invinc range I am at 45% s/l defense, and 70% s/l resist.
He's lots of fun on ITFs, pretty much unkillable there.

I spent an hour or three in the LAN room playing with Puce/Vanda1/Nakoa. Most the time was spent wandering panels or just chatting with people. This is for Saturday only, I wasn't able to make Friday night or Sunday at all, but next year I hope to be able to stay through the whole thing.
