Two others had come over to the building where the day care was located, lifting their eyes up and down the side. One was a woman, with light blue skin and white hair that extended down to her rear, long, pointed ears extending outwards. She was wearing a black-and-white full-body poncho, covering her entire form down to her feet, and had a deep cut on her right cheek, having healed into a dark blue scab. The male looked exactly like a sheriff out of a wild west film, with a brown flat-brimmed cowboy hat, black rawhide vest and, red bandanna, bronzed face, and white, feral stubble all around his mouth. In his arms was a small child, also with light blue skin, like the woman, and with pointed ears, though nowhere near as long as the woman's. Her hair was a much lighter blue, near-white, but with a blue tone to it. She had three deep scars gouged across her left eye, and a black eyepatch loosely fitted across her right--her hair swept forward into a Shy hairstyle, covering most of her eyepatch. She was dressed in a brown sleeveless jacket with a black t-shirt underneath, with a picture of a cow skull on it with the words "LUCA TURILLI" etched above it and a cactus sketched on either side. A brown skirt flowed across her legs down to her knees, and she wore cowboy boots on her feet. She was lying in his arms quietly, eyes closed, sleeping, thumb planted firmly into her mouth.
With how patched, worn, and dirty all of their clothes looked, as well as with how tired they all seemed, it was safe to guess that they were not a privelidged family.
The male tapped the ground with the heel of his own cowboy boots, letting off a forlorn sigh. "Efimia...I don't know about this."
The woman, Efimia, let off a sad smile, putting her hand onto his shoulder. "...Ramone. This is for the best. We...can't take care of her. We're not able to...we need to leave her in hands of who can."
Ramone looked over at Efimia's beautiful face. She was trying to be brave--but she was suffering. He knew it.
They were giving up their only child...one that they loved so much, and so dearly. They couldn't take care of her.
They were failures as parents.
She's the mother of this beautiful girl...she gave birth to it. She carried it for nine months and dealt with the pain of expelling it out of her. Ramone tilted his head down and pressed his lips against her hands, and Efimia turned away, trying to hide the tears welling in her eyes.
...And, because of that, she's hurting more than I am. But...if she's brave enough to deal with it, I can be, too. I'm Hawk-Eye Ramone Rage, the roughest sheriff Luca Turilli ever knew of. Nothing can stop me...not even...not even...losing Virelai.
The doorbell rang once again.
((ANGST. Don't worry, it's only going to be from the parents, Virelai isn't much for emo-ing)) -
Troll looks like he has manboobies. EDIT: Oh, you changed it.
I like my avatar. It gives you that feeling where Beethoven is just glaring at you.
Yes, the ancient badasses of ALL badasses is looking RIGHT AT YOU.
And he's saying "don't you [censored] mess with me, [censored]-[censored] noob or else I'll head over and PWN YOUR SORRY [censored]!" -

"What's to stop the villains from taking over Pocket D?"

((Because violence is physically impossible in the D. Try to attack someone. Try it.
Can't do it, huh?
Aside from that, gave me a laugh)) -
If you would be so kind, I would love a picture of Virelai Meliah Rage. It's a little dark, so if you need a better picture, I'd be happy to brighten it a bit.
It's not easy to see in the picture, but Virelai has elf ears.
This is just if you want to, of course, you don't have to if you don't want to. But, if you did, I would be eternally grateful. -
Oooh, very nice. I like the last one. I'll have to change the boots if I use it, though, since it's otherwise too similar to her icy-gunner costume.
And nah, you don't have to do a golden-age costume now--I like that last costume too much to try anything else. -

I think Recluse is a Blaster. He has several ranged attacks but also had a good amount of melee. If you notice he matches Statesman's attacks in several of the pictures.
[/ QUOTE ]
Nope. He's a Mastermind, but being an Incarnate has gifted him with greater powers than many other superhumans could possibly wish for. He's not as strong or as durable as Statesman, but he makes up for it with ruthless intelligence and charisma, which he uses to lead all of Arachnos.
Freakin' godmoding Incarnates. [sigh] -
...Sigh.
I wish MY mastermind was able to go toe-to-toe with Tankers.

I would like to request a costume for a woman. I lost the request to someone else I did a long time ago, and I would like to see what you can do for it.
I'd like to see how she looks in a golden-or-silver-age-ish costume, but I'm primarily interested in seeing your interpretation of her, so go wild.
Meet Virelai. Virelai Meliah Rage. You familiar with spaghetti westerns? "A Fistful of Dollars", "Death Rides a Horse", and "Duck, You Sucker"? Virelai comes from Luca Turilli, a town (some rumors say dimension) that's built and themed entirely around spaghetti westerns, born of a naiad and a gunslinging-master sheriff.
Much like the iconic Man With No Name himself, she's quiet (preferring to either say nothing or speak with as very few words as possible), cold (very pissy, bitter, and sarcastic towards other people), and independant. At first glance, one may dismiss her as a total and complete [female dog], but she only acts as such because she knows absolutely nothing about kindness, empathy, and tact, having been raised on combat for all the years of her young life. She is actually deeply compassionate and caring (though her mannerism, simply put, does NOT show it) and would do absolutely anything to make sure people are safe.
She uses Scarred Face 3, a left eyepatch (dur), Elf Ears, and has Shy hair color lighter than her skin. Well, supposedly, but I can't get the two-tone hair or Shy hair in the duster-hat-wearing costume. Sigh.
Her powersets are Assault Rifle and Ice Manipulation, though, thanks to her spaghetti-western roots, I'm currently waiting out for Pistol Blasters. Then she'll be rerolled to a Pistols/Ice Blaster.
Here's a completely, totally random costume I made up for her, in case it helps. It shows her icy side, as well as still being gunner-esque, but nothing of her western side. Oh well. -
If Billyboy and Prikker's gonna be there, I assume Xiu Juan should be there, too.
Morgant doesn't like the D, or else I'd bring him. :3 -

No, join Champion! We have three roleplay coalitions!

Only three? -
Yes.
Virtue is the unofficial RP server, though you'll find RPers on other servers. -
Sigh. This makes my /Rad Corruptor almost invincible. His toggles can rarely be dropped now. In the unlucky event that they are? Pah, no matter, wait for it to recharge, stack it back on them.
Duke Crowley used to have some intense fights with people. Their only saving grace against him was dropping his debuffs. Now he'll just be able to breeze through everyone. -
[wishes he had dual-weilding pistols powersets like the Police Sergeants]
[cries] -
BB is one of the best RPers I've had the fortune to play along with. He's able to adequately switch between points of view and describe an individual char's psychology very, very well.
My only real qualm is in your Crey profiles, where you seem to get caught up in excitement and not hold a professional air or tone as would be expected with Crey officials. Then again, though, maybe BB's Crey supervisor isn't a stone-faced stoic.
I have absolutely no qualms at all with Khel, in all the RPs I've ever been graced with him with. It is to my deep regret that I don't play on Protector, because I have a feeling that if we were to RP in-game, it would be the best damn thing EVER in the history of things that are AWESOME. -

Or if you are playing a villain, when you threaten people in PvP, instead of saying 'Keep it up and I'll get my Brute and pwn you!' you would say, "I suggest you stop now, lest my more powerful allies should come to destroy you."
[/ QUOTE ]
My medieval char, Morgant, says "Cease thy beatings upon me, vile cur, or else I shalt journey forth to yonder larder and openeth a tin of whoopass upon thy sorry rectum!" and "Dost nay tempt me to let thine [censored] taste sheer pwnage!".
Oh well. If you're on Virtue, as a hero, look up Sir Morgant. As a villain, look up Duke Crowley. I'll be happy to run some missions with you. -

Now that I'm a "pistol-packing momma", I really need to accessorize my costume with a set of holsters. I could use either belt or shoulder holsters (or ideally, a choice between both). I realize it's probably way too late for new art work in Issue 7, but could we add holsters to the list for a future release?

Personally I think its a bit rediculous to be pulling out 50 cal. sized handguns from what appear be secret compartments in my torso?
[/ QUOTE ]
As opposed to be pulling out a gigantic assault rifle from a secret compartment on your shoulder?
And here I thought rifles were usually holstered on the back. -
FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF ENFORCERS:
1: The "hipshot" heavy Uzi burst doesn't seem to have any sounds.
2: Can we get heavier sounds for the Uzis? I'm not one for toilet humor, but it sounds like they're farting at people. -

I'm very confused about what conditions give you what level of a "Hero".
As I posted above, my lvl 37 dominator on Relentless got a boss, and my lvl 18 MM on Villainous got a lieut.
However, Cosmic Mango got a Vindicator as an Elite Boss when he was level 25 set on Villainous.
Either the hero spawns at random levels, which makes very little sense, or the difficulty of the hero increases as you spend more time in the mission.
If so, everyone should just go straight to the bank and clear that, fighting a normal boss (or lieut on Villainous), and then spend time clearing the side missions.
I'm going to get my dominator to a full contact bar on Live, then copy her over 8 times and try different combinations of Mission slider level and varying how late in the mission I run the bank heist to try to figure this out.

Villainous - There are no Bosses. Ever. They all become LTs.
Malicious and up - Bosses.
Level 20 and up - Elite Bosses. -

However, if you are such a gun afficionado, please join my quest to get shell cassings to stop ejecting out the side of the Punk's revolvers. Failing that, just give them autos. This would also fix the absurdity of tossing men with revolvers a rifle magazine to upgrade them. Haha, or, have the punk look at it, [censored] his head to the side as if saying, "The [censored] am I supposed to do with this?" and toss it back.
[/ QUOTE ]
I would, except being a veteran of GunZ, I stopped pretending to care. The revolvers eject shells and use clips just like in City of Villains.
Up yours, realism. More shells to kick around? I like. -

5.) What in gods name are you guys talking about? Sound of the gun... Does it really matter? For as cool as it looks, and as much damage as it does, I wouldn't care if it Quacked when i fired, grow up.

DEVS, PLEASE DO THIS.
DAMN IT, PLEASE.
