See, it's all cool and fancy, 'cause it's spelled "shoppe".

I've been around this big wide world of ours, and there's nothing that is a good costume. That is to say, there's nothing better than a good costume to go along with a good heroic or villainous character.

Thus, I'm opening a costume shoppe. Post all the requisite information about your character (AT, powersets, backstory) in need of some new threads, and I'll cook up a new costume for him or her or it, free of charge. (Well, it would be nice if someone says "That's a cool costume!" you don't take total credit for it, but otherwise... )

We also do alterations.

Not really, haven't made one up yet but the first one is probably alot closer. You know just a basic naturistic master of all 4 elements....kind of a mythic god thing I guess.

Ian, I think I need professional advice.

Most people have seen my super-fantabulous Peacebringer (at least IMO) Celestius.

Now, my problem is that I'm stuck on this costume. I have two others, one of which doesn't work anymore because of some of the costume changes, and the other is just horrid.

Basically my concept with him is that he is the last survivor of a group of Kheldian 'knights' that were wiped out when they were caught by surprise by a Void raiding party. Now he has vowed to rid the universe of the Voids and keep peace on his human host's home planet, Earth.

As you can see from his current costume, I picture him as a kind of 'spaceage-knight', though he's got a bit of that Dirty Harry attitude after the trauma he's been through. If you could maybe give me some ideas to work with, that would be just super!

Alrighty, this guy is currently level 18 meaning in two levels... new costume. The question is...what to do? I'm tempted to just take the helmet off. (but that would require picking hair and I usualy have issues with picking hair for someone who started with a hat on. Ya know what I mean?)

Show me whatcha can do.

Estoc, claws/SR scrapper. French fencing tuberculosic duelist with preternatural speed - bordering on epilepsy (he fights by simultaneously dislocating half his joints to dodge attacks) - with rapier blades taped to his gauntlets. He just has to wear the gasmask to prevent his lungs from exploding.

My favourite burn mark strategy is to color the skin red, and then do a white mask over it. (blast and angst do quite well when paired with other accessories)

Would fit with spontaneously combusting due to martial arts training. hehe.

Maybe you can give me a little advice.

I've been trying to design a second costume (with cape) for my Fire/Ice Tank, Chuck Justice, but I'm not having much luck finding a design I like. I'd like it to be thematicaly similar to the original design. I tried to draw from late 70's to early 80's comic books for a mix of silver-age and bronze-age.

Chuck Justice - Rear

Chuck is 10% superhero and 90% media-darling wannabe. He's hoping to parley the notariety gained from his heroic deeds into silver-screen stardom so he likes to look good for his adoring fans at all times.

How do you mean? I used that one, though I inverted the colors and used a slightly darker blue. (I'll try to get a screenie to show you the difference).

I'm back!

Source of Powers-Airforce pilot testing an experimental high altitude jet was caught in a blast of radiation from the sun- giving him the power of a star.
Preferences- I'd like to see red as the main color. He's gonna be superman like, so golden age is good, no tech stuff though. Solar themed would be nice too.

I think he meant the Leather Coloring...must not know about the new masks/textures. that recently came out.

The Buckled leather has it's own color mask now...

if that's not what you meant....hmmmmmmm

that actually is what i meant Knight. Thanks. Didn't know there was a new color texture. Went and experimented with it a bit myself.

Mr. Vietnam

Has spent 2 years in the vietnam jungle... discovered Elec Powers and Has the ability to fly. (would like a better costume based around the Vietnam Flag >.&lt that is better then this.
