As for Schysm, I honestly am not sure what to do. Then again, he is kind of hard to see in the screenshot. If he doesn't already, some chains and things might be good.

Alright, Ian. After your brillant performance the first time around, I'm coming back for an encore!

Same subject as last time. This costume is one that I'm looking to modify some. As I'm sure you can see, I'm trying to going with some kind of a 'being of light' motif here, but some of the patterns just don't work very well. I want to keep the head the way it is (Low hood, black face and the white gas aura). The rest of it is up for suggestions, though. I do kind of like the chest pattern, but I don't think the rest of it goes that well.

Have any ideas?

alright ive got one for you im tryin to make a second costume for my thug/poison mm Billy Kain

and now for a little backround
Billy and his twin brother Michael (enforcer) where born to a sinle mother and never knew their father. when they were five years old they where abandonded by their mother and found refuge in a church in port oaks. while here Michael became devoutly religous and eventualy became a prest, Billy on the other hand could have cared less about religion and did whet he deemed nessacery to survive, which eventualy landed him in the zig. After the break out he had a pretty large fallowing because of his dominate personality. while in port oaks Michael joined his crew determined to save his brothers soul.

I only mentioned Michael because he's a really huge part of Billys character and along the line (once avions come out) i plan to have an "Assended" (angel) versoin or Michael and a "Fallen" (demon) verson of Billy implying that hes destoned for hell and that maby you could use some kind of foreshadowing in the costume.

He is an Evil Alien(TM) From some planet I have to make up who has come to earth to subject all mankind to his rule with his army of mighty robots! Unfortunately all of his advanced alien robots were destroyed when his ship crashlanded, leaving him to commit meager crimes in an effort to buy the needed parts to build a new robot army.

Any kind of alien is good with me, though preferably a cliche' Grey alien. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grey_alien
And of course he gets his powers from technology so go wild with the on-costume technobobbles.

Just posting to let ya'll know that with the conclusion of my illness, school, and the double XP weekend, I should be finally getting back to designing costumes.

Guess what, True Believers? I revved up the tunes and got to work tonight!

Vertical_Drop:

I designed these two costumes on the principal that Billy will slowly grow a little darker. Thus, instead of chains, barbed wire. I combined that with the idea of him having a casual outfit (he certainly looks like one to work out).

Mr_Dog:

The first came out a little monochromatic, but tweaking it should produce something good. In contrast, I went all out on the second one, theorizing that perhaps all the spikes boost his radio communications or are what allows him to stabilize ion clusters to form bubbles.

For the first one (on the right) I balanced out the patterns and colors. On the second (on the left) I reworked it entirely. The capes are a bit cut off, so I'll mention that the left one is fade pattern and the right one has the spikes coming from the bottom.

This is Retail Retali8r - my 'looks just like me' toon (witness the image with me and the toon). I can't currently play Costume 1 because it's got a huge bald spot. Costume 2 varies with my mood as to how much leather and such are displayed. Costume 3 is my catgirl fanservice outfit, and costume 4 also varies but I've currently got it set to 60s b/w retro.

My Defender powersets are empathy and dark, with emphasis on Offender type snipes, holds and buffing. Favorite powers: tenebrus tentacles and clear mind. Travel power: teleport (only, no hover).

Since the demise of the 'leather strap coloration' I don't really want to go in and change Costume 1 (even to shrink the head down or try and get rid of that bald spot) for risk of losing the colors on the leather straps. Should I go with costume 2's original looks (without the buttondown shirt and tie)?

I tried RR out as a villain in Beta, but I couldn't get any powersets to work quite right - though I loved the full arm sleeve tattoos (as they're much closer to how I actually look).

With the new costume equipment, are there any other types of costumery I ought to try out? The only reason I keep Costume 3 as a catgirl is yes, I used to dress up just like that at the Comic Con every year. But it's flexible. Any hints on a new look? (and yes, I like black and red for costume colors, though greys and violet are not out of the question. My supergroup colors are red and blue, but I rarely use blue any more.)

Ian! You are just the man I am looking for.

My main villain is a Dominator, and loves the BOOM and *flash* of Domination. I have a macro that changes his costume at the same time...but currently the costume seems a bit lacking...

What would you suggest for this 90 second moment of power for Holobad:
Here's a pose in game. Unfortunately you can't see below the waist but this should help...he wears tights with the dark purple stripe running down the sides to those buckled spikey boots. The chest symbol is the greek Saturn.

About Holobad: He's a creation of Crey Industries; a clone of my main hero Hololad. Being such, of course he is a resentful 'brother' bent on revenge and all that cliche' stuff that makes villains like him brooding.

For this Transformation costume, do not feel restricted to his current costume. I've done everything from a 'werewolf' type look to his current configuration based on a Council Vampiri. His powers are mind/psi (thus the link to the vampiri) and tends to use the purple spectrum.

Have some fun with this, I'm very open to suggestions.

If you're referring to coloring the straps on the pants, that option still exists and/or was put back in. It was simply shifted around like the rest of the "self" patterns - it's at the very end of the pattern list.

Frankly, after doing a pass over on your four costumes, I wouldn't change anything. All four costumes are good enough that I don't think you need my help all that much.

The first costume takes Domination to the literal level. The next more represents the surge of power. And the final costume is sort of a descent into madness with a surge of power.

Well I've noticed all these great costumes you've cooked up and thought you might be able to help me out!

Fira Cometh is my Magic origin, Fire/Fire Blaster and if you need a picture of his costume I'll get one for you but at the moment I don't really have one with him in good lighting. I do like to maintain the theme of him having the Glowing Eyes face(White eyes). Anywho, heres his description:

"Fira Cometh’s history of magic travels far back to the time when Gods walked among men. The god Ermeeth wished that all his people know the blessing of magic and thus he began to teach them. Goddess Teilekku however, would not stand for such acts and she led a great war against Ermeeth and his people. Ermeeth lost the war and was forced into hiding under the Earth where he created a city and named it Oranbega. Fira Cometh’s ancestors would never visit this city though, as they did not survive the war but they did have a young daughter who carried on their bloodline not knowing that she was one of the last of the tribe of Ermeeth. She came under the god Hequat’s protection when she entered his great city of Mu and there she learned of the evil teachings of Ermeeth and vowed never to allow her magic to be used in such a way. She taught her children that lesson and so forth, now Fira Cometh carries on his ancestor’s path not knowing his true identity. He fights for Hequat and Teilekku vowing to protect Paragon City."

Aha, Ian. Nice suggestions. The literal domination getup looks quite nice, and I've always been a fan of the Mosnsterous Hands.

Ian, I'm in need of some assistance!

I have a new tank that I just got to level 20. I went ahead and unlocked my costume slot and cape. I've mostly played blasters, but I wanted a tank because I'm a huge Superman fan. So, when creating my tank, I wanted the tights look to him, but also different enough so that people wouldn't be saying, "Hey, that guy looks like Superman".

I'm fairly happy with my main costume, but it's also not my favorite. I was just wondering if I could get some help with my Inv/SS tank's two costumes...

I am loving this! Ian, help me too!

Okay Marvel is coming up on her last costume slot and I am not sure where to go with it. I really want to get away from the patriotic, red-white-blue. I would like a cool nice fitting battle suit or something but help me out!
