Quote:Other than the 'he wasn't killing me' bit, that's pretty much been my experience - inspirations or not.In my case, my Tank couldn't outpace his regen. Even knocking him into the lava and hitting him repeatedly with Envenomed Dagger, if he had even one bifurcation out, he could out-heal my damage. If I ran off to kill the bifurcation, by the time I got back, he was ready to bifurcate again. It wasn't that he was killing me, I just couldn't make any headway.

Quote:Slap it together, throw it onto test, and if it doesn't crash everyone push it live. Feedback is for pointing and laughing at.It's staggering to me that this wasn't done before release. Why was the pack on Test to begin with if none of the feedback we gave was considered?

I could've sworn they changed it some time ago so that Hover no longer provides knockback protection. Indeed, as I recall I became annoyed that my fliers were now getting pushed around at which point I discovered the Kinetic Crash set.
-
Honestly, I'm more annoyed by the inability to target Freaks while rezzing that they added in than I am by everything else's ability to target me while I'm rezzing.

I'm not exactly a fan of this show, but 10 minutes in this episode has been pretty hilarious.

Being a "casual gamer" isn't a matter of how much time you spend in game or necessarily how much resources you have to toss around or even how much progress you've made. It's a matter of how seriously you take it/how much effort you put into it.
And remember that just as "business casual" is still business, a "casual gamer" is still a gamer. -
I thought it was an okay series, with the Dracula special being one of the better bits of it. But I'd say it's nowhere near as good as The Brave and The Bold, Batman Beyond, or The Animated Series.

A medic and drones to the interior of the sewer entrance? I guess it's been awhile since I've done a sewer run, because I saw it for the first time today.
-
The actual running animation for Beast Run seems incomplete to me. Like it needs frames added or loops too soon.
-
I can't really fault him for it. There's been numerous months where I've been subscribed but only bounced around the forum without actually playing the game.

From the Server Status page:
"As of Thursday, October 22nd, 2009, the regular bi-weekly server maintenance times will be modified and will take place once a week on Thursday from 4:00 AM Pacific / 7:00 AM Eastern to 6:00 AM Pacific / 9:00 AM Eastern." -
Quote:And Animal Fur doesn't use skin colour. That's not a bug, Animal Fur IS Monstrous Fur. It's just that you can add details to Animal Fur like you can with Tights, while Monstrous Fur you can't.
---
This pack is okay. The Gray Wolf head should have been customizable for two colours rather than forced gray. The Animal Fur should have been available for more boot/glove options. There should have been a couple of patterns for the bird and minotaur heads. There are a decided lack of feathers to accompany the bird head. And the Beast Run seems a bit half-*****. -
They were precisely +3, as a matter of fact. I was kicked up to 49 and they were 52s.

Image is often a large part of a fictional character, and thus appearance is an important criterion for 'filling the role best'.

Quote:I think it must be higher, as I keep my defense monitor up at all times with that character and my defense was dropping/recovering in chunks that were somewhere around 15-20%.Then Neutron Bomb didn't have any defense to check against, and it was debuffing your defense by 7.5 a pop after Defense Debuff resistance.
That's assuming the masks debuff is at the same level as a Defenders, which I'm not sure of, but it's likely. It'll also spam it as it should recharge much quicker than the defender version since it's the only attack a mask has. -
And black is not white. To me, drastically changing Lois' racial appearance would be like changing Superman's colours to orange, green, and purple rather than blue, red, and yellow. People try to make it out to be a big racial issue, when it's an aesthetic matter as simple as the difference between casting an old versus a young person, or a fat versus a thin person for a particular role.

Quote:I don't mind the power itself, personally, but I hate the manner in which it is used. I generally dislike click-n-stick powers and much prefer targetted AoEs.I kinda disagree with this, I like Wormhole, especially solo. On teams it can be kinda annoying / clunky if your team don't know what you're up to.
It could really do with being a 25 foot radius. And Grav overall should have a second AOE mez so you aren't relying so heavily on Wormhole in the first place. That's it's main issue IMO, it's a useful tool but not ideally suited to being your primary form of AOE control on teams. -
As much as I like MCD, I didn't like his Kingpin - had they made MCD look like a white guy with an excellent prosthetics/makeup job it might have been perfect. And I much prefer original Fury, but I grudgingly accept the Ultimates universe version. Haven't seen the Thor movie yet, but if it's The Executioner, I believe I've seen him portrayed with a duskier skin tone before in comics or animation.
-
I only had 70% or so resists at the time. I got my AoE toggle after levelling up in that mission, though.

I *am* an SR user. My SR character was getting plunged into negative defense almost instantly against BP early this morning. Particularly against those glowing green masks, as I recall. I assumed they were using some form of Radiation debuff.

Or are the debuffs that the Banished Pantheon spread around just so massive that it's useless against them.
