Because people complained about capping stats out with stacked vengance, maybe we can complain about stacking people to negative range and get that nerfed too. But then again, that boils down to primarily what Castle wants and other devs for their PvP. Now, I can't say for sure that they didn't want stacked vengeance until it got enough complaints, but maybe if people keep complaining about not being able to have any range with stacked hurricanes (and yes, you can stack 2 hurricane debuffs with one hurricane user, but that must be ok), we can get this nerfed too. Then we can go back to just jump teams that have to rely on focus fire, because maybe thats what the devs want PvP to be. But who knows, they tell us nothing about their PvP vision (or at least I haven't heard about it).

i bugged range debuff to less-than-zero thing awhile back.

no official response.

as for the hurricane -range stacking with itself, however, i'm not sure that's what's going on. if it were, one person with hurricane would be able to reduce your range to less than zero with several applications of the power. and i've never seen that happen. i think what's stacking in the case of hurricane is the mag of the KB.

I've had a single hurricane stack two debuffs on me, but I don't recall under which circumstances it occurred.

We have delt with it our answer is the storm. We practice against the storm with our own jump team and found its a great match. You guys want a match vs us then lets do it keep the practice crap out of it. From what I saw was your vengeance motivated team kick a non vengeance motivated teams butt. My lastest build (for duel) has 6 slotted EMP which is supposed to be used in conjunction with PBU. That was the only difference I had from others until now

While Fly isn't as bad in zones as it is in the Arena, I'd still go with other forms of travel over fly any day.

I noticed how you slotted your attacks for straight damage. Is the To Hit buff from Invincy enough to give you decent accuracy? Does it increase like the Def per mob in melee?
