And, if the Paragon health service is so miraculous, Vahzilok would not exist. Empaths and the like can heal scars and cuts and the like, but they cannot, w/e people BS about, cure things like cancer or spinal damage. Otherwise a lot of the Vahzilok arcs would be outte the window, Kara the Scorpion would still be robbing people rather than giving bank heist missions (States cracked her spine, FYI) and such.

I doubt it, unfortunately. I like options, but the Devs seem to be the law.

The Chief was fully robotic, true, but apart from the frontal vox-guard his features were rather expressive. His glowing visor gave every impression that he was serious, and anyone who knew anything about Chief Centurion Z1 probably knew a little about Omega as well. And the Chief had little compasion for Rikti, Clockwork...and Vahziloks minions.

It wouldnt require uploading any music, and would not infringe on any copyright laws at all.

1. The Music 'should' be playing from pre-determined 3 dimensional locations in the level. Eg - From a sound speaker in Pocket D.

2. The Music on your computer would be assumed to be legal, or media usage rights would be verified. Either way, if the music is on your computer, you have the music anyhow, all city of heroes would be doing, is playing it.

All you would be doing, would be feeding music from your pc, into city of heroes client, and it gets played from the 3d locations in the pocket d area. The End result is the illusion of your own music playing throughout pocket d.

Something like that would be nice, dunno how hard to pull off, but something either more varied or more player driven.
They could always make DJ Zero an actual played character, by some people who looked after PD (its a job) or something -shrug-

I think it would be cool. For all that its supposed to be a city, its not a greatly realistic one. Which is fine if you just play it for the sake of levelling up...but that really is missing a lot of what could be awesome.
No/injured legs, missing arms, etc etc. It would be nice, and add more variety. CoXs crowning glory is one of hte best costume editors around. Surely that is something to focus on a lot?

Also, there are no disabled toilets as far as I know.

To be fair iv seen more and more people use it lately as a positive tool. Example supergroups have been using it as a way to mass address everybody of upcoming events/sg requirements to existing and new members.

It just has a bad reputation because of the occasional spammer we get via them.

A general musical overhaul would be nice. Maybe not stuff thats present all the time, but maybe replacing the 'background buzz' that some poeple have mentioned with a quiet background music?
Can always be turned off if people dont like it

Horrible music is horrible. Surely they could come up with a few mixes, and at least put them on a random cycle? Add a bit of variety, or something?

Maybe it could just be an extension on the "Vault" and make it so you can store other things and not just salvage and make it so any charecter on that account can access the same vault... i notice someody already mentioned this use of the vault ..agreed

Because;
Making clones of your character, e.g. for different powers, and not wanting it to get too confusing with loads of other names.
Sometimes you have a great idea and a great name, and someones already gone and nicked it. Especially when the person who has it might spend next to no time on that character. (might being the operative word)

One can hope as well for faction-clone PC costume pieces -hopes-
