As for the "whens the last time.." Obviously not the point. Try to keep up, right now there is no reason to be an "I need the star [censored]".

Put in any mechanic that will reward the behavior and it will be abused.

Correct me if I'm horrible wrong since I'm not sure I'm calculating any of this right but wouldn't the difference between 2 and 3 IO's be 1.33 accuracy for three and 1.22 accuracy for two.

Assuming a base accuracy of .67 for CoF and level 50 IO's.

Edit: If so wouldn't a better slotting involve only 2 accuracies and maybe something like a fear, and endurance reduction, and a couple of tohit debuffs?

Imagine a power like Gang War but unleashing a hoard of rabid leaping squirrels in numbers to make your graphics card groan under the strain.

It would just lead to people not joining teams so they can work on their solo badge or quitting teams when you didnt give them the star. The very definition of a bad idea.
