B & D held my attention...but B is so much the original B&W Buck Rogers an Flash Gordon

I was torn between A & C, but once again I went for the more Retro one...A is neat but not really Buck Rodgers.. more astroboy-ish
And as mentioned above me , we already have one that looks a lot like A

I went for C as most retro, even though I like the idea of glowy piping. that isnt really Buck/Lost.. the others seemed more 60/70 programs to me...wait..I mean reruns yeah

I've had the specific problem mentioned but since November it stepped it up another notch. First server errors claiming no internet (even as I post on forum and stream The Cape)
now it just says no. Refused entry of info in ID /PW and has greyed out login bar.
I usually load from NCsoft because it is on my toolbar & shortcut is on desktop

Frequency is now 3 out of 7 days from the one day on the 4th. I have a pile of tickets and canned responses... no resolutions offered except for my sound issue that is reserved to my Mace/shield toons (didnt work-but least a suggestion) Not feeling so VIP anymore...

Since the beginning of month I am getting Login issues exponential each week.. I am now at 3 all day failures /7 days.
I am in US and on US. At first it was the server error mesage similar to those previous listed here.
Now I simply cannot enter anything to log in...the ID/PW and login button are all grayed.
Do I get time back?

Why both erVIP...if I was free I wouldnt care..so waht if I dont get rewards anymore...freebs dont get em...so wahy if I cant log in? I am not putting any money out.
I guess if 60% of player population isnt suffrering they dont =give a $h97 anymore?

In a pile of tickets the second biggest in inablility to use LFG. I am regretting coming back and nauseated over every penny I spent this year on this game I could have saved for another.

Mine is in stasis where I stay one short of passing 7 since filling in the tiers. After a couple of months it becomes obvious that it wasn't me counting chickens early but chickens done flown the coop!





I am on a linked secondary account my BF opened for me a while back when the buddy system was still running. The 2 accounts have stagged billing dates. When we came back I was much more enamoured of the game than I was then (fresh off WoW UI/system). But that glow is dulling .
(Add I can't log in at all 3 of 7 days since I started playing after Halloween weekend my kids. My 2 mace users are soundless. And I can't use LFG on a VIP acount. ) I am not having fun anymore. I have more headaches trying to get support than problem free gameplay... and no they can't rest on laurels of what was good last month or month before. Teh 2 accounts have stagged billing dates

It's the only problem since Nov that we are enjoying! LOL...most our turrents are in areas that only lookee-loos and explorers would stumble on since our theme is a dimensional waystop not tech military base!

Since it is an interesting bug...itll be first fixed I'm sure. It isn't even in my list of ticketed items that grows every other day.

Last patch info said it was going to make all the vanity pets shared toggle.

They also dismiss on "walk" or "rocketboard" when those are toggled.

(I think to relieve problems like the Atlas park crashes) So it is not bug but design -one pet out at a time. Multipets stays a class ability, I guess

It started last month for me...and 2 weeks of no solution even after this last patch makes me want to cancel out. I AM VIP already.
Two things will make me quit a game more than any other bug, mechanic or aging of graphic
1) Pisseant community (occasional troll excluded)
2) Inept customer service

WhenI pay money for service, I expect THAT service..may wish for more, may not use it all... but what I pay for ? I better get. I have 4 tickets now on this issue. Canned email response after the first GM investigation. One patch passed- no fix. two patch -no fix. & It was fine in Oct.
I am also missing costume pieces and other little cuts. Am I to be bled to death by paper cuts?
Last time I bowed out I was gone a year (it had been 365 days to the minute when I logged in to the firekin main 50-kinda neat)

Not being able to team lead when others drop becomes a handicap. Not to mention to the large population without this problem ...they see you and you are not picked for the team since you seem unwilling to take the burden and lazy for not starting your own when you have obviously done several runs. > If it's a joke? I have so many issues this past 10 days I am still trying to figure themout. One is costumes not loading-I had to rebuy a piece I already had on a level 21 toon to load her.
I seen to be missing set pieces (ALWAYS buy bundles if I am getting more than one piece of a set). Biolum & Organic Armor often are missing pieces at random and the glow on some pieces. I have to investigate deeper but I am so burned out and fired up over my UI probs (can't be a team leader bbecuase i am locked out of mission selection and acceptance process-I am VIP btw) I can't add another thing or I'll cancel with the frustration(might anyway). I have so much time and money invested I will give some fight.

Came back after being off a year....tripped on some hiccups but nothing bad until this month. It has been making feel like my money is wasted. And I like this MMO a lot. I'm not ready to go back to WoW.
