In a new game maybe something like the newer elder scroll games can be achieved. For an example:
you are street hunting and at one mob of hellions you miss one of them and if runs away. Since it's gray you don't bother and just leave him. Then he can ambush you anywhere to revenge his comrades or influence some kind of threat level making hellions aggroing to you more easily.

Yeah they are neutral thus being available to both sides. Peacebringers and Warshades seems to fit in other stuff besides killing nictus, yelling VOID!!! And running away.

Lots off stuff seems to involved with rikti. Freaks, Nemesis and Lost for an example.

Well with her knowledge of rikti it wouldnt be hard to make her a liaison.

Vanguard sound sensible. Maybe something with to do with a new program training new recruits from both sides? And new contact could be lady jane heroside.

If you pick ill bear in mind that it starts blooming imo at 18 and at least for me it was a long journey. He is 34 now and i love that toon. Feels like a mini rts .
