Yup, unlike the Veteran reward Sony Online Entertainment has you only get access to the rewards once you have had a payed for account for certain amounts of time.
Played months count only. You can buy 3 months, but won't egt reward until you've played those 3 months.
odd since i have played over 3 months now. 1 month free and 2 paid.
You can check your account on plaync and see when you're going to get your next veteran reward

Should be 'active account' months, whether paid or free as part of the game code. So, to clarify: You've had your account active for 3 solid months (whether consecutive or not), and have not as yet had the 3 month Vet Reward?
If that is the case, I'd get on to support - I started my account on 3 Sept 05 and I'm due my next award on... 3 Sept this year, despite having had 2 free months (1 with the original game code, and 1 with CoV).

Agree with Shadowe, I always get my vet rewards from the game activation date that includes the free 30 days with the game. In essence you have still bought this time. Support should rectify this with you.
