Check on Best Buy's website. They may be able to point you to the store that has them in stock. I just bought one for an SG mate who won our SG uniform design competition. Also check with the games department manager. If all else fails, you can also purchase them on-line, but the shipping kinda sucks.

Not sure, but you may need a new keyboard. I have similar occasional problems when my Alt key gets stuck. I use that left Alt key+TAB a lot to switch screens and it occasionally gets stuck.
I'm all about the keybinds so I tend to go through keyboards quickly (button masher). -
I love that mission! It's a nail-biter that gets some of my SG mates (Kick'n Cowgirl especially) in a tizzy!!!
Just SS it and go for it. Swallow a purple if you don't have stealth and have fun. It's about the journey Padawan. -
It certainly has added a new wrinkle to team building for MoSTF runs. But it definitely makes experimentation for the vets something to be discouraged (like all defender or all troller STF's).
I reported it in-game as a bug within the weeks it happened. Hopefully they will devote some attention to this soon, at least for the sake of the experimenters. -

Upon the completion of an Ernesto Hess TF, please spawn a giant Mega-Mech attack on Atlas (and destroy the AE building there while it's there). Any random zone would do I suppose. -

I'd say since you have a tank and the players are fairly new, go for the Plant/Rad. With the graphics, it's fairly obvious what is immob'd or held. Also you get more control early onl with Plant. Not diss'ing Ill/Rad cause that's pretty freekin awesome (have one myself). But since you already have experience with Ill, might as well try something different.
