2nd Tina Macintyre
I don't think it's a bug. It seems as though the story-line was designed for that mission to be a failure. The only way to secceed is to "ghost" that mission and get the nodes, ignoring the rest of the foes in the mission.
Instead of "waiting the 10 minutes", you could have still gone inside the mission and earned xp/inf by defeating foes while you were there, even if you don't succeed the mission overall.
It's not a bug. It's designed that way. Even if you ghost the mission and complete it, the mission text says that they miscalculated and the guys hit another laboratory (or whatever).
You are supposed to fail, whether you fail or complete the mission.
This is why reading is a good idea.

It's not bugged. It's also very do-able if you go for stealth or bulldog it and not fight.
Just don't panic and go for it! usually the follow up mish is close by-in my experience.
Good luck!

Also, the map is generally the same map as the mission you just exited, and I think that each time I've run it the glowies were in the same place as the previous mission as well.
Easily doable, but as Agge said, designed to be failed as noted by the text being the same whether you Fail the mission or complete it.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
Its pretty easy to do. Just have a scrapper or someone with force field buffs buff the team and go find the glowies. 3 of them are usually on one floor alone.

You've just completed the 2nd mission and exit to discover there is another door mission already selected where once again you have to locate 4 nodes... and you have 10 minutes to do it. And that includes the travel time to find and enter the mission. Seriously, I know I've bugged this at least three times over the last five years. How hard is it to fix?

I certainly like it. It's one of those rare times in game where you just might fail. Heck, you're probably going to fail. Nothing wrong with that. It makes succeeding at it more satisfying.

I love that mission! It's a nail-biter that gets some of my SG mates (Kick'n Cowgirl especially) in a tizzy!!!
Just SS it and go for it. Swallow a purple if you don't have stealth and have fun. It's about the journey Padawan.

Not a bug. Working as intended. I've voluntarily failed that mission and I've also completed it. Solo and in teams in both cases.

So... after 5 years (when my entire SG bugged it), the second Tina Macintyre mission *STILL* has an automatic follow-up... It's obviously never been given even moderate consideration. I had to explain it to my team tonight. And then we had to wait the 10 minutes to finish so we could pick the next in the series. Geez, guys.
