Character names are unique per server, not for the whole game. All you have to do is check to see if the name is available on the server you want to transfer to. If it's not, you'll get a free rename if you decide to transfer anyway.

The police station map is available in AE and does not need to be unlocked (unless they've changed this). I originally used that map when I designed my first AE mission shortly after release, and it was definitely there.
By the way, there are two Police Station maps, and you can find them under Unique Maps>Unique>Police Station 01/02. -

Did they say in the notes that your level is now visible on your XP bar? Because that was a great one for me, no more checking personal info to see what level of character I was playing

Found out that the whitest white was somehow canceling out the other colors I was selecting. I picked the next shade of white down and was able to change the other colors with no problem. Sounds like a bug to me.

Originally that construction and the construction against the War Wall in Steel Canyon were intended to tease the Launch Areas for a Space/Moon zone. The Lost in the revamped Faultline spoke new chatters about the moon as well as probably a few other hints here and there.
Since then those plans have been back-burnered or abandoned, in favor of other things.
Here's hoping that construction, the Coming Storm of Ouroboros, and the secrets of the Shivans all get wrapped sometime, since they're all theoretically linked. -

Are you being charged any influence/tokens/coupons?
Are you trying to load or save anything? Are you hitting 'save and continue' or next every time you can?
Have you messed with the "copy colors across powerset" and "copy colors across all powers" buttons? Are you making sure the whole of the storm powerset is chosen as "color tintable" not individual powers? i.e. it doesn't say "custom" at the top? -

The smiles should be shown on the right side when you are making a post. Simply click the one you want to insert.

This link tells of a Tech store in Brickstown and I didn't find one there.
I told a couple of SG members on teamsdpeak that wiki was incorrect and they confirmed.
Might want to update that.
Holsten Armitage is not on the map in Brickstown. I ended up going to to visit Mark IV in Founders

I found I couldn't get anything to save by using the "save primary/save secondary" buttons. The only time I could get anything to save was if I hit save & continue.
