Are you being charged any influence/tokens/coupons?
Are you trying to load or save anything? Are you hitting 'save and continue' or next every time you can?
Have you messed with the "copy colors across powerset" and "copy colors across all powers" buttons? Are you making sure the whole of the storm powerset is chosen as "color tintable" not individual powers? i.e. it doesn't say "custom" at the top?
There was a bug in closed beta that may have re-emerged on live where a power color change would not save unless you modified your costume somehow. You didn't need to actually change the costume just change something and change it back then save.
See if that works.

Yes SunGryphon, i've tried all of those. Oddly enough i'm NOT being charged any influence even though I have plenty. Djeannie, I HAVEN'T tried that. I'll give it a try next time i'm on. Thanks for both replies.
If both of those fail then I would also suggest logging into your account from the PlayNC.com website and submitting a ticket to see if they could help you and/or confirm if the issue you are having is something thy can help with you immediately or perhaps something that they'll need to update with the next patch they load in a few weeks after an Issue goes live.

Found out that the whitest white was somehow canceling out the other colors I was selecting. I picked the next shade of white down and was able to change the other colors with no problem. Sounds like a bug to me.

Hi all, new to the boards. I changed the colors for my Defender's Dark powerset with no problem. Did a few missions and realised I didn't set the colors for my Storm summoning powerset. I went back to the tailor and could NOT get the colors on the abilities to take the changes I made. I have 164k+ influence so I have the influence. I made sure I selected "color tinting" for each ability when I changed them, but when I leave the tailor they aren't changed. Am I missing something here? Thanks for any replies in advance.
