The FIRST place you should look is announcements for anything, then look in the announcements discussion forum (three down from the announcements forum). If it's not there, THEN you can come asking in PQ.

I don't know if it was intended or not, but ever since the patch, I've been getting regular drops! It seems to me they fixed the drop rates already!

The one I linked to is Thursday, September 17th. That was yesterday. Mm hmm.
