I still say this ... make the Shadow Shard accessible to Villains and Heroes like the RWZ. Shadow Shard is a very very well thought out and great story-lined place that is used very little. Here is an idea for level 50 toons:
Level 50 toons get no Patrol XP for being the highest level in the game, but how about Patrol Influence/Infamy. I think level 50s should still get something!!!
