Could I get some advice? I have no Idea how to access screenshots after they have been taken. could I get help? and make no assumptions about what I know about computers: tell me where to go and what to do. thank you for any help!

If you're running XP or earlier, then your screenies are in "city of heroes\screenshots".
If you're on Vista, then there's some 'app protection' shenanigans going on, and they'll actually be in some subfolder off your User folder, not sure which one.
