Vax and others, thanks so much for holding these raids, but would it be possible to give us more than a day's notice? I can't access these boards at work any more so it's difficult for me to be home in time for a raid that's announced that day. I only ask this because I hate missing one of your MS raids.

I think the sleazebuckets who disrupted the 31 Mar 2009 raid should be publically sterilized so that such idiocy is eliminated from the genepool. Future generations will thank us.
As much as I dislike what happened, let's please not discuss this issue here. I would rather not start a flame war on the boards.

Heh, I'm still new to the game. At the moment I have a level 41 Scrapper and that's it, but these types of events, I've heard about. I hear they're very fun but difficult.
Anyhow, I'd love to attend on the 16th. My characters name in-game is Smooth Cut.
Also, is there anything in particular that I should know about this mothership raid?
Get on a Team, Listen to your Raid Leader, when they say to do such n such do it or do it as you can... Be prepared to die alittle sometimes there is no way behind that.. Hmm I know im probably not telling you somethingesle that is important but Hopefully someone who gets to go to them more than me can inform you in what I could not.

I'd at least make sure to have started the first RWZ story arc from Levantra to make sure you're eligible for Vanguard Merit drops from all the Rikti we *kill* (I mean, we're not arresting Rikti on their own mothership, right? ). If you're not sure, check your salvage's "special" tab and if you have at least one Vanguard Merit (different from reward merits you get from TFs and such), you're good to go.
Otherwise, stay off of Req chat (for raid leaders only) and listen to said Req chat. If you die, just hosp it and ask for a TP back. Stick with the main group. Have fun.
