Here's my bs/regen scrapper Windfallen

Sedrick Winden-Fey was found as an infant, snagged on a bridge pylon in the river Thames. The strange fuzzy infant garnered a sizeable amount of press and he was quickly adopted by the Winden-Feys, a wealthy family known as much for their generous philanthropy as for their sizable bank accounts. Sedrick was raised on the family estate in High Wycomb, and homeschooled into his late teens by his extremely protective parents.

In a desperate bid to escape the clutches of his parents and possibly have an adventure more exciting than a museum opening, Sedrick applied to an exchange student program in Paragon.

His parents will probably be upset when they return from their trip distributing vaccines in Africa.

Sedrick speaks with a soft British accent and heavy stutter. He avoids making eye contact during conversation and seems very uncomfortable with attention. A faint blush can usually be detected beneath his fur.
