Is it appropriate or acceptable to request art for something that has NOTHING to do with City of Heroes or Villains in this part of the forum? Just curious, because if it is acceptable, I have a request to make. If not, I'll rightly bite my tongue.

Thanks!

i think as long as its art related and doesn't contain any profanity or anything offensive it would be fine. often people will put up non coh related artwork so it seems like it would be ok.

If not... Screw 'em, do it anyway.

Err.. The mod's -may- not want that, BUT, you can always request it on deviantart.com

A lot of us artists have websites there and we can hear your response there w/o any chance of "aggro" from the mods over there, unless it contains copious amounts of profanity and blood, etc.

Just pm the artists you like, ask them if they are available for commissions, and tell them what you want. Nothing wrong with that.

Why not post the request at the City of Artists account?

Just ask the artist or put it up at the City of Artists!

Although artists sometimes put up art here that isn't CoH related, so I think a request would be fine.

I like and am going to go with this. Thanks!

FYI, it's an art project for a fan fiction of A Series of Unfortunate Events. I'll sniff around City of Artists for some aid.

Merci!
