The Wiki is always a good place to start. But since I19 hasn't even hit closed beta yet, there isn't much info available.

Quote:EndMod recipes are a rare drop. For memorizing, go with the End Red recipes, which are usually overstocked and very cheap on the market. The IOs still sell at a decent rate.Underlining the market dictum patience is a virtue, I was able to get all of my 20-25 recipes for around 100 inf each by bidding a day ahead. The lone exception was Endmod, which I just bought from the table.
Also, when I was working on getting the sale badges, I would buy End Mod recipes at the workbench, put them up for sale at about the workbench price (not even marking up enough to cover the market take) and would often end up with great profit. -

Unfortunately, no. Just like with paper and radio missions, the moment the Mission Complete pops up, it all goes away. Very annoying

Quote:Google is your friend. Several sites with claptrap sounds.Man, I got to find a way to get the audio from the annoying Borderlands Claptraps yelling out things before you find them.

To find the resistance of a specific boss vs. various damage types, check Culex's Enemy Resistances - Damage and Mez thread.

Yeah, the destroyables are much softer. But then, they are targetable and spamming the targeting button finds them quickly.

I suggested something similar last year and it didn't meet my expectations. The best I saw halloween salvage go for was 200-250k and the test salvage I had up all year never sold for the 400k I was expecting.
You can do this, but really, it's not that much profit for the time involved. On my hero merit character, playing just half-hour a day (5 tip missions and 1 alignment every other day) and he's already 1.3 billion after about 2 weeks. It's much better earning potential and I'm not even working it as hard as I could. -
Personally, I changed the sound to Homer saying "heh heh". Very out of place and very easy to find. And so annoying that I have to click it asap
.
To change this sound, find a sound you want to replace it with, convert that sound to an .OGG sound file (you can use Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder) and save it as data\sound\ogg\FrontEnd\Objective_loop.ogg under you City of Heroes directory.
If you want to try and keep the same sound but make it louder, you can download the sound from the paragon Wiki (right click and save that link) and try and use Audacity (or other sound editor) to make it louder. You can then save it as mentioned above. But the sound by itself seems pretty loud already. -
Let's see. Wiki search:
2009-09-30 says October 8 to October 11
2010-02-10 says March 4th to March 7th
Going through my old CoH emails (yay GMail) the only other one I can find is April 28, 2009 to May 3, 2009.
Prior to that, the only reference to reactivation I can find is for the "Reactivation Referral Program (also called the Invite a Friend Back Program)" -

The upcoming invasion got me to wondering… Is it possible for giant robots to rampage across the Rogue Isles?
It turns out the answer is yes. At least for Kronos. I went to flashback the World Wide Red and finished the Stop all Wildfire agents mission, ported to Pocket D, and left out the Sharkhead exit. I waited a couple minutes, but there was no sign of him. I started running toward the ferry, stopping every now and then, and then saw the Ghost of the Scrapyard and decided to play with him. Suddenly, Kronos popped up and I had to deal with both of them.
Thanks to everyone who came out for the double fight.
Next, Babbage? -

Try deleting the CoH.Checksum file in the CoH directory. That will force a complete checksum of everything, which might take a bit depending upon the speed of your computer.

Another tip, sell your large inspirations. They can go for quite a bit.

I'd have to disagree with that. There's quite a few pieces of uncommon that are selling in the 50k-100k+ range. True, not so much on the low level range, but in the range the OP is getting into (25+) the value is getting up there.

Quote:Yes it will, thought what I actually meant (though I didn't word it that way, my bad) was that people won't random roll at that low level. Is it even possible to get a Stealth IO as a normal random drop? I thought that since it used to be a random task force only drop that the only way to get one now was via merits or tickets (either direct purchase or random roll).
From the wiki page
"Also effective with Issue 14, these recipes have a chance to drop from boss class enemies. " -
Quote:Unless you're using a lower level character, you don't need a lower level stealth. As long as the power is available, the stealth will work.Sadly, stealth recipes are getting to be like that too, for some reason. At least in the lower ranges I want so I have stealth for lower level TFs and SFs.
But the price on the lower level one's is simple supply and demand. Supply is low since people rush past the low levels and it won't drop as much, but demand is high as people want them as soon as possible. -
Quote:If you want a completed IO, you need to up your bid. There's 32 available on the market, but for about 120 million or so. If you want the recipe, you could have easily gotten it for that price. The last 5 show sales within the past week for 36 to 45 million. You don't suck at picking it up at the market, that just happens to be one of the most rare recipes out there. Since so many people roll in the 35-39 pool and this recipe caps at 30 very rarely does new supply hit the market.
I've got a 75 million bid on a lvl 30 +end IO, that bid has been there late august. -
Nice. I wish I could have been there.

Theft of Essence on the Wiki. Each entry has the Merit and Alignment merit reward cost.

Quote:Incorrect, they do stack with freespecs. Only freespecs don't stack with freespecs. For example, here's 8 respecs. At the time it was 4 vet, 3 trial and 1 freespec. And especially in the case of vet respecs, it's best to leave them unclaimed until you need them because IIRC, they do not stack with freespecs.
There's really no reason not to claim them. -
Quote:No, it doesn't. It just means that the Fortunata is weighted to drop more.RANDOM would be our having the same chance of getting a Ragnarok as we do of getting a Fortunata Hypnosis. Not seeing that happening, sorry.
Let's use a roulette wheel as an example. Most of it is either red (let's call that the Fortunata Hypnosis) or black (the Unbreakable Constraints). But there is a couple of green slots. Those would be the Ragnaroks. It's still random, but harder to get.
Of course, it's a bit more complicated than that, as there are a lot more types of purple, but that's just to give you the idea. Some items are more common on the drop tables than others.
