the reason why the PVP zones are so full of idiots is because its a representation of the human race and unfortunately miscreants exist in far too big numbers. Also people feel big and hard when they can hide in cyberspace.
The amount of abuse I got from people on my stalker was a joke and I lost the joy of pvp for a while but you really cannot underestimate the usefulness of the /ignore command. Just putting one moron on it changed the tone of the zone greatly and left me free from distractions to lay the smack down on the person concerned -

Plus, I also mob tp too and occassionally, even kill someone all by myself. I do try not to let that happen too often though these days.
All is done perfectly within the EULA and also within what the Dev's have said about the use of drones and NPC's.

The EULA is massively open to interpretation and even behaviour that is within the EULA itself can actually break it. A red name can say "yeah you can do that within the zone" and yet it can still breach other parts of the eula depending on what you do and its frquency, and the end result in a warning/ban. Despite popular opinion, petitions do elicit a responce.
The thing most people need to realise is that the EULA is not a hard and fast set of rules and is deliberately ambiguous so the mods can make judgement calls without breaking prescendance. Technically identicle incidents can be very different in reality and require different approaches.
best approach I say, when in doubt dont act like a [censored], cant go far wrong with that. -

Except that you can just run away from a Granite tank and there's no way in hell they'll be able to keep up with you. Of course, if you have a kinetics on your team with 3 runs in SB it's a different story.

a competant (vindictive) granite could simply chase you around the map taunting you out of the game via TP and TP foe. My concept of the inclusion of a granite not to cause damage in anyway, more of a 'safe zone' and damage sponge. -
I dont play these kind of battles in the Arenas (yet) so am not au fait with the dynamics but wouldnt a decent Granite tank with the presence pool be a boon? 3 taunts and damn near unkillable.

2 acc 3dmg :: quills (as well as my other attacks)
3 health :: intergration

Please excuse my comments they are usually based upon my own play, game and possibly in response to one of the other myriad of spine/regens topics going on not always applicable to different situations without explanation.
With QR + Stamina running Vs Quils (9 slotted essentially) Integration, SJ and my attack chain (sirens spec) I rarely see the slightest dip in endurance. My game however is now factored at the top end of the game, I can solo the lvl 54 EB pets (unless they get a rogue 1500pt attack in while DP is down) with Quills, assault, tactics, FA, Integration, SJ (usually forget as I dont take this on many alts
) and SS, sometimes I have to switch off the leadership buffs (and SJ when i see
) to prevent a inopportune crash though.
Doing something wrong? nope not on my build, was just saying to anyone reading that quills has a monster end cost (highest for any toggle AFAIK) of 1.04 per tick unslotted, so thats more than 3 slotted stamina will give you back (0.988) even 6 slotted stamina which is 1.064 or 3 slotted QR (gives you 1.092) barely gives you an actual end return over running quils.
Its a great power but end reds are well utilised in it IMHO as otherwise quills negates one of the great powers that regsn can get over other scrappers (essentially takes QR for quills without end reds) ED hit Quills usage hard and I made my build around this power (mainly for stalkers in sirens)

dont bother with the damage IMO, its incidental and nice if you cen get it but quills is mainly a "scare" and suplimental damage power in the PVP zones as hide gives quite a high def buff Vs quills when hidden (annoyingly) even with 3 acc in it. The "miss" notification means u can whack on DP and batter the stalker if the AS hits and quills are great in an actual fight if you can keep them up. -

I am fairly sure that everyone who PVPs would appreciate the health points and regen rates of all of MY characters to be akin to those of the AVs in RV (just mine and no one else though)
But seriously, kill the debt and the XP from the zones and the influx would be much higher as people could come and unwind after a hard days grind without bhaving to worry about killing the debt the next day. -

I wonder how effective it'd be to spread the Dam/Ranges from Impale into Throw Spines. Testing would be needed but as it is you can't hit a Bubbler with Throw Spines, only Impale and LBE, I wonder if a Range could make Throw Spines a tool against Bubblers. Then again even if it could I quite like the two Dam/Ranges I have in Impale and don't know if I'd swap them out.
And I'd consider swapping Superjump and Superspeed around atleast, I can imagine it being a nightmare if someone runs away from you and you're say in Warburg. If the runner is a superspeeder or even another Superjumper you don't have much of a chance catching them.

the ranges are useless in throw spines due to the innate base (10ft) range SOs only give 20% of base so 3 gives a mighty (and useless) 16ft, factor in the fact that force bubble is 50ft and there is no way throw spines is going to be a viable method of assault via FB. I had thought all this through before bringing her over and would ahve got some more in the build if i could
That said hasten, assault, build up, impale and LBZ is quite crippling against Force bubble as a very rude robot/FF MM can tell you (I was blatently just stood there watching in RV)
I wanted CJ in the sub-30 build for unsupressable movement, (i cant live with the fact of a stalker getting away just because suppression kicks in) and as for Warburg, I dispise the map with a passion so dont factor any of my builds for that lvl of combat. I love my hasten and SS and wanted it in as soon as possible but you have to sacrifice and fit things in where you can

I love force bubble and think its a great power, as my stalkers are EA and immune I rarely see its effects, 3/4 of my attack chain on this one and they are dead though(MMs only so far though)

I have it 6 slotted on one hero and one villain but they are only broken out if people are being jerks in the zones
Not sure of the cap on tp foe but increase range from /EM set could make a truely uber tper.

Firstly, his build doesn't strike me as much of a dueling build anyhow. Secondly you'll never beat a clever Scrapper using another Scrapper without an incedibly lucky Crit chain. If he gets in trouble he can turn on Superspeed and wait for Integration to regen his health how do you beat that?

Energy Torrent could be useful but with 10% damage increase from assault plus the speed of the all my attacks with recharges (and hasten) I just dont have gaps, lunge doesnt get a look in as isask the PFF MMS who collapse before PFF gets thown up
Oh and check out RV chives, its a lot of fun (IMHO) -
As far as I can see you will have end issues following a prolonged fight with heavy cost items with low amounts of end reds (assault, tactics, ww)
I think Spyka can take him down regardless tho -

its a zones machine as well as a pvper, I also have lots with speed/cj and hudle si i fancy having sj in thereI haved plenty of attacks and leaving in SJ is nor a problem given my supre fast attack rotation

Ah you ahve misread what I meant to say (via my own wording) I mean that people playing stalkers have to stop thinking they are almightly and something special because they are not, tactics is going to be a staple diet in RV and while i DO NOT BELEIVE stalkers will be slaughtered, they will have a harder time which is a good thing, this is how we all improve.
My alts are not fun for stalkers to play against so I know just how hard they have it, RV will be a defining zone IMO and I just jope the crap-talk will be kept to a minimum. -

The propensity of people to act like jerks is in no way limited to specific ATs but the ability to "hide" during hits turns normally easy going players into deluded miscreants. There is no other AT that spams so much crap over the broadcast when they are "newbies" with mighty pvp reps of 20 or so.
I usually know most in the zones and use the global ignore feature to confirm any suspicions. An example is here, I was playing against someone who I knew had just rolled a new stalker and was acting like an [censored], I was fairly sure they didnt know the toon i was on but thats irrelevant. They were sending torrents of crap over broadcast so I sent a PM telling them to chill and have some fun, I promtly received the obligatory [censored] then I told them who I was (as they knew me on others) cue silence then a couple of mins later I got a "oh yeah, I knew it was you, just messing, hows it going"
Know I know that jerks exist regardless of ATs but there does seem to be something about stalkers that delude people into thinking they are something they are not, Stalkers UNFAIRLY get a ton of greif but some sent far TOO MUCH back and theink they are great when they are not.
I love stalkers, playing them and playing against them (when all attitudes are great as they often are) STalkers are not overpowered or underpowered, its not often that I will sing the praises of the Devs but I think they got it bang on with this AT, its the players who need to "adjust" to the AT now in my mind. -
Heres my US spec scrapper if anyone wants to see, doubtless there will be numberous suggestions and people thinking that I should pick up other powers but I spent a great deal of time on this concept and am happy with the way things turned out (would have been so amazing pre-ED

i need the two travel powers as pretty soon people will come to see web grenades for the almighty power that they are with the ability to negate 2 travel powers. Hasten is vital on virtually all of my builds.
Tactics and FA is needed for stalker hunting in RV and 10% damage bonus from assault is always fun, I can run all of my toggles (including travels) and fight for quite some time before I need to think about popping a blue or turning a toggle off to maintain end.
I know Chives likes energy torrent but I just dont have space for it, for long range attacks, BU + assault and what I already have usually does the job with ease.
I dont like TP self as feel its a bit of a cheat (on all but granite where its vital), I dont mind dying and have no interest at running at the last second

Stalkers have an inherant survivability that many people incorrectly equate to their own "skill" but you are quite right, there are jerks out there regardless of ATs but its easier to stomp these when they are not TPing stalkers who can "pwn j00 all" -
I think the main problem is the attitude, newbie stalkers seem to think they are akin with god on the pvp zones and their broadcast behaviour reflects this. I will never describe myself as a good pvper but could easily batter these "uber stalkers" all the way around the zone and depending on how annoying the broadcast chat gets I will get a couple of people down and wipe the zone.
Stalkers in particular need to chill out and relax, enjoy not being seen and being able to strike with impugnity and ahve fun with the great people in the zone because you never knwo who you are annoying and which solo character they can get that can ruin your whole PVP experience. (A good spines/SR will ruin a stalkers day in Sirens as easily as a stalker can mess over a defender)
I have played stalkers A LOT more than most and they get a LOT of crap but these days they seem to be acting a LOT like jerks, I think we all just need to calm down and find the fun -
slotted with range you get 2 awesome snipes (one AOE) which are insane when defiancing, imaging wiping a squad of villain squishies.....Just saying....

no AT is inherantly cowardly nand indeed there are lots of stalkers who will tank with the best of them and eal tanks/scrappers wuo run to base the moment they are not on full HPs. Dont take it out on an AT just because they dont stand there and wait for the rest of the hoardes of heros to decend. I hva no issues with stalkers or any other AT, just require a bit of a think about things, I dont make cookie cutters and I just play for fun.
as for scrapping, Smirk could survive Vs Spyka in RV with him stacking DA, up untill BU came round once again which cut straight through his def (with tactics and FA)
