Getting close, on both; I've got one salvage type (Body Armor pieces, I think) that's at 17, and my VG is about 170k shy of having a single functional worktable.

However, that 17 body armor pieces is *solo*; I'm not muling for anyone. And the VG that's working on the base is currently about thirty or so strong. Perhaps this is (another) indicator of prohibitive starting costs? I don't mind that the later stuff is pretty expensive, but the early stuff REALLY should be cheaper.

Basic base with a working worktable:

Energy Room, 150 K
Control Room, 100 K
Workshop, 100 K
Generator, 225 K
Mainframe, 150 K
Basic Worktable, 25 K

Grand total of three-quarters of a million Prestige, just to be able to do something with all these nifty drops. When you can cap out on a particular piece of salvage, losing further drops, before it's even possible to do anything with that salvage, something's wrong somewhere.

I'd say pick one to be a baseline then adjust the others to meet it in ability level.

IMHO, regen is just right. If you want to adjust regen then adjust Moment of Glory down some more. Not like anyone take it anyway. Nothing like a power set with a useless top power.

Here is the Test server notes:
Tweaked mission pacing. You should see far fewer instances of villains in the final room being +1 level than do you now.

So far ALL of my experiences match that which is as stated. Missions are still more challenging as intended, but the final room and boss are not way over the level structure.

Remember dropping a mission affects standing with that contact and possible
future contacts or missions.

Drop all the missions you want, you just might find you don't have any in the future.
With those goes the badges that come with completing those arcs, and the accolades etc.

online PC game magazines (by readership, not by popularity or accuracy)
articles written about it and the updates they wrote in may and June.
All mention team play. In fact two say it is difficult to get around without a good team.

Not for nothing, so far I'm not seeing much at all to back up this claim.

I wrote this over the weekend and now I see that AscendAnt has been doing some wonderful similar work on the virtue server. I suggest looking some of it up. It's really great stuff.

Part of the enforcement is the 5 bucks extra.

Who's gonna pay 5 bucks extra to grief people only to be banned form that server.

Pick a county as well. The accents vary greatly.

Cork itself for example can sound anything like cook to kirk depending on where you are on that tiny island.

Best bet is just have a few catch phrases or word replacements rather then get too complex.
