Regen DEFINATELY. Ninjitsu doesn't stand a chance. SR is even better than ninjitsu.

I honestly think that anything that happens in I7 will be very minor, unless you're a villain. I'd say I7 will see a few powers tweaked in the hero sets, a few up, a few down.

Personally, I think Controllers are currently overpowered in the lower levels and may see a slight downward mod to their Containment power. Stalkers will get a nerf that stops them one-shotting player characters, but that may be good for the rest of us since AVs and such won't be able to one-shot us either. Some of the Tanker sets may see a little upward mobility.

I don't see the Scrapper secondaries being nerfed, however.

Don't try and justify the fact that there nerfing the stalker assisin strike. The main reason stalkers exist. I don't wanna hear "but tanks get more mobility" "AV'S wont be able to one shot you". If they make something they should [censored] keep it that way. COH is not the same game i bought a few years ago and it looks like COV won't be either. the devs just clapse under complaints. If they though the stalker was overpowerd why didn't they sort that out before they released the game????

getting back to regen nerf. Instant healing recharge is stupidly long. IH being the main power from regen and we can barely use it every 3 or fights

EM has the highest single target dps in the whole game. 2 shotting liutenants without using assasin strike is damn good.

I don't mind that QR has gone as we are only running two toggles (not countin the powerpools).four toggles is say the highest we might ever be running. [censored] me thats amazing compared to my dark armour scrapper. If i want him fully kitted out to fight i'd be running around 7 toggles which is a nightmare for the endo.
But i suppose you guys see a alot more difference as you havent tryed dark armour. Once you've tried the toggles on that you will be grateful with any other set. Not saying its not fooking awesome, its just endo heavy.

I have a 50 DA scrapper with Cloak of fear. Would be happy to help

People always have something to complain about. I think the archetypes were nerfed enough in the last update. Learn to play against stalkers and stop wingin you winy little children

Ok your wrong Actually my blaster can't stop a stalker smashing him. My defender can't and neither can my scrapper. Ok the scrapper will accept the blow and wipe the floor with the stalker, but thats not the point. The one shot kill thing went into a huge debate on the old boards. I think the conclusion was that one shot kill is bad but 2 hit kill is fine.

Sure he will khaine_star, We believe you, Stalkers are effectively scrappers that can hide, It depends on which power sets you pick tho E.g you would have no change against an energy melee stalker

I played claws scrapper on COH and it is one of the least damaging powersets just like spines but it has lots of other nice goodies

Spines is more AOE damage, Thats where they do best

Lol instead of trying to break the MM mould m8 you could have tried to break the stalker one too by not being another ninjitsu. Way too many of them

I think you choose the best build there m8. I think most the stalker builds are a bit pants but Regen with tough and weave would give some resistance and the ability to heal damage taken. SR and Ninjitsu are recipes for disaster.

Plus its nice to be different than Katana/Ninjitsu there are so many people who have taken that build

I have a level 50 claws scrapper on coh. To be honest its not the most damaging build compared to the others. I used to slot all my claws for six slot damage and use follow up for all my accuracy. This has been totally messed up with ED now. I wouldnt pick claws again with ED live.

I would go with something more damaging on cov. Energy melee is the most damaging by a mile off.

Plus theres so many wanna be Katana/Ninjitsu stalkers who have the whole assasin samurai thing going on (seriously loads!!) its nice to be original and different rather than follow the crowd (bahhhh sheepies)

Regen also has a self heal "Reconstruction" Plus dull pain which adds to the amount of hitpoints u have. Dull pain can also be turned into perma. Regen with slotted tough and weave would not get 1 slotted against av but i suppose SR might not get 1 slotted with tough and weave either, however Regen could heal the damage in a mere second whereas it would take fooking ages with SR or ninjitsu.

Another thing with ninjitsu is that everynight i'm on I always see about 50 wanna be ninjas with the whole samurai thing going on. It's geting boring. I'd prefer to be a bit different. so i went Regen/Energy plus Energy melee out matches anything on cov stalker damage.

Personally I think all the stalker defences are pretty much wank.

However if i had to choose between regen, SR and Ninjitsu i would definately go Regen.

Basically evevrytime you go into a fight with SR or ninjitsu you are taking a gamble. I would like to be able to heal the damage i take whereas with SR inspirs would be needed. Plus i believe Regen would work much better with tough and weave as this would give it bonus resistance plus quick healing and also the very little toggles of regen would help to.
You ninjitsu and SR's are gonna wish you took Regen later in the game with bosses and av's who have a much higher chance of hitting (1 shotted baby!!)
