Anyone have a set of Armageddon's, Apocalypse and Ragnarok that they just don't need?
I would love to fully IO out my first 50 and I just don't have the time left (I think, to grind them out and get my hybrid), but I would love to see him fully done and do some serious SMASHing.
I thought I would have had all the time in the world to do so, but due to the impending DOOM, I do not.

Though i am not expecting this to come to fruition, I thought I would at least ask.

I've been a lurker in these forums since issue 6 and not much of a poster (due to a problem with me actually being able to have a log-in for the forums :P).
I used to have a notpad to write down people's builds and what SO's would be used in them (before the dawn of IO's) and my wife would find my builds littered all over my computer desk.
The community here has been amazing and I'm still a little depressed over losing my favourite game ever, but I want to say thank you to everyone who has posted builds and provided me with countless hours of enjoyment over the years.
So, until the 30th of November, I'll be SMASHing my way to the end!

May not be the most stellar build, but I am able to run around in incarnate content without a problem.
Most mobs, when running +4/x8, I open with powersink and let lightning field strip away the remaining dregs of their endurance are sapped away quite quickly.

I'm at work at the moment, but when I get home I've got a great 50 brute that I can share with you.
I love Electric Armor and StJ was a great run with it! -
So, I've never played War Mace and I am really liking the idea behind the new Bio Armor set (it's so shiny!) and I'm curious if this build will hold up to incarnate content.
All the bio armor powers, that are applicable, are set to be with 1 enemy in range.
If there is anything I'm missing or can be shown how to get some extra oomph out of this build, it would be greatly appreciated.

I would throw my vote in for Staff/EA. I've got a level 37ish one right now, very light on IO's but really easy to soft cap your defenses, plus endurance management like crazy, a good heal and the ability to change your form for what you need. I'm loving it and finding it to be a smooth ride so far, as long as I jump quick on psi blasters.

As the topic states, this is my first controller, my first anything really outside of brutes for 3 years.
I'm looking for any kind of tips for low levels and hopefully 50 as well.
I've decided to go with gravity/time as my combo and am enjoying it so far. I imagine teaming will be a big part of my playstyle as I created him to run with my brother's energy/rad Corrupter.
But I am mostly used to SMASH! So if anyone has some tips or a easy leveling build it would be greatly appreciated!

I've got a 50 claws/wp brute and he was amazingly fun to level to 50 and still shines on Incarnate content. Mind you, I have IO's.
If inf is no problem, why stick to SO's and HO's? -
My guess (and it's just that) is that WP benefits a lot from mitigation of some kind ie. Boosted defense to not get hit, or knockdown/stun to not get hit. as it runs quite heavily off of RttC and the less mobs smacking you the more you regen. Fiery Melee has no real mitigation, it's raw damage and DoT. Not to say there's anything wrong with your pairing, everything should work well together and if you're having fun with it keep going!

Larcen3, I'm just looking for something a bit different. I totally love ELA and WP, they're my go to secondaries for the majority of my guys. Haven't given FA any real love and I always thought SD was more of a scrapper secondary (But meh, I don't claim to be an expert on those things).
I really just want to give DM a try with a strong defensive set that can mitigate damage well and I've always liked the stoney appearance of other I see running Stone.
I plan mostly to level through story arcs and then eventually see if can tank for teams once I get to 50 in the incarnates, or even solo them when they become soloable trials (well the new ones). -
I've really never given either the primary or secondary much of a go as of yet and am really curious to see if it would make the "Tanky" brute I would like to try.
I'm more a solo pve'er and would love a build with soft caps to the "fab four" and an idea on how not to faceplant on my rise to 50!

I've been playing both (TW/WP and SJ/ELA) and am enjoying the Street Justice one far more, more in your face beat'em up fun feel to it! Though TW does have it's merits of being a huge weapon wielding engine of destruction. I just like the (apparent?) pace of Street Justice more.
