Let the scrappers and tankers do it...defenders only have a gimp versoin of managing aggro because they have to manage aggro and constantly supply their health

Ahh I see, the reason I make sure I have so much recharge is for two reasons. One for keeping perma Indomitable will up, with 4-5 Siphon Speeds stacked and reason two to keep the other ATs capped with FS while teaming, if a brute happens to get on my ITF, I want to keep them at 800%.

I was also thinking the 1.15 base accuracy means that you can focus more on slotting for damage, range, etc. because even with the accuracy being enhanced by 66%, you still get around 1.9 accuracy. And most primaries have to devote 90% slotting for accuracy in their attacks to get 1.9 accuracy.

I have a 50 Arch/EM blaster just laying around that I haven't played for a few issues now. Guess I could spec him out for PvP?

Although I did face one guy that was the exception to the rule. His Fire Blaster had every damage proc that he could possibly slot and completely wrecked my Corr when they all fired on almost every attack. I took almost as much damage from the procs as I did from the attacks themselves. Every time I faced him I was dead in three shots no matter what I did. So mad.

in fire blast the only damage procs you can slot are PVP IO procs and one purple proc, correct?

When you slot it in footstomp or psinado...it has a pretty big chance of going off since it has more targets to hit off of. I had it in my old ss/shield brute and it'd go off 1/4 times it seemed like..when I was in big mobs.

This is what you do. Get your dominater. Invite one of the 18 stalkers in the zone to your team. Call blaster as the target. Hold said blaster. Laugh as he gets AS'd and you pile on the rest of your damage.

I've teamed with War admiral. He was a good team kin.

I've farmed with wonka. He farms well, to say the least.

What is that red accolade power in your bottom tray?..has the "Boost endurance" symbol on it.

While using my main computer, anytime I zone into RV, the loading bar stops about 1/4 through and sits. If I dont click anything, it will take 2 minutes to load in vs my usualy 10 second loading times. It does not matter if its from Grandville, Atlas Park, or from the supergroup base.

When i try to click on the screen, it goes white and then I get a popup that says "City of Heroes is not responding:" You can then choose to wait for city of heroes to respond or to exit program. So I click "wait for CoH to respond" and it takes 2 minutes. While this is not a huge setback, it does seem odd that it does this to me.

While asking one day in RV, I got one other response that it happened to someone else, but before I could ask him his operating system, he logged.

This only happens on my main gaming computer, which is running Windows Vista. My older computer has Windows XP and has no such problem loading into RV. Any suggestions on what is causing this?

Simple question. Fire, Psy, or Sonic for zones or arena, and why.

I ask this because after pvp'ing with my sonic blaster since i12 I decided to roll a psy blaster and i don't really like it. The damage is ok but it takes 3 attacks to do Shout level damage, and on my sonic i can buildup my +dam and -resist and then FINISH with shout..doing alot more damage. Perhaps I'm just used to playing a sonic?

Anyways, what do you prefer for zone/arena and why?

How long ago was it when you leveled the fire/fire tank to 50?

At 50 I think he has like 28k, I would think at 35 he'd still have around 20k. Though possibly when I solo'd a -5 EB in Madame of Mystery...it left me a bit jaded >_> she was still a pain to kill on my Invul/Fire Tank...

I burned through my green conning EB (Infernal; sans Demons) in less than 4 minutes on an lvl 37 Elec/Kin Corr. Outside of Aim and Siphon Power; I only had about a 60-65% dmg boost from slotting but a nice DPS boost from Hasten and Siphon Speed; [I was playing at lowest difficulty].

I'm sure I could've done it faster if I had better slotting, used my Apprentice Charm, used insps, picked up FoN beforehand, waited til he was a grey con, etc.

It seems that damage output is resisted less by critters spawning at a lower level than you. You miss less, etc.

So 28K at that point isn't the same as 28K at an even con.

Could I pull a 4 kill in approx 1 minute using this method; doubtful... but when adding in all of the temps and insps and accolades... I could see it happening on a well slotted; well played toon.

Could a Dark/Dark do it? Under the same principle and adding in the 2 -regen debuffs + the -res debuff; I don't see why not.

Being on my server he should know by now that all he has to do is ask any member of Stoned Templars, The Grey Coven, or ALL-OUT-WAR (that by itself shows over 100 heroes already know this tactic) POLITELY he would already have the answer! From the speed his (ToS) sg does ITF (i have heard they have the fastest time at 23 minutes) am shocked he doesnt realize his group already probably employs this method and if his teammates were to drop out he could probably solo it.

This post made me LOL IRL! First of all, I hardly EVER solo unless I'm up late doing arcs for badges, and if you knew anything about who I play with, I haven't even DONE a tf with ToS in over two weeks. I don't really team with them much anymore, I use BMT to run ITF's on my brute and scrapper. The fastest i've done with ToS is 28 and the fastest in BMT was 34. I dont even PLAY with my sg that much anymore, in fact I've been debating whether or not I'm going to join a different one. (No, I will never join AOW.) Oh, and Stoned Templars are in my coalation of ToS and we team with them ALOT.

Also: While my sg may have done the itf in 28 minutes, without SEVEN out of the EIGHT people on the team, I would not be able to kill rommie in 4 times in 60 seconds, and I know for a fact neither can you.

Please record a video of you SOLO"ing Rommie (use temps or insps or W/E just no team) and then I will give you praise for all your deserved COMPUTER GAME GLORY!
